I cannot believe how this company talks to and treats people. I have already moved and do not need a mover! They call and harass me non stop. I cant get my number removed and have had enough! They always ask who I chose and why, then they try to tell me how much cheaper they can do my move for. The guy cussed at me and told me I was an F*&^%$ idiot. Wow! Never ending voice mails texts and emails. I can tell they're one of the brokers my mover warned me about. Still trying to get a deposit from me after I've already moved. LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!

We recently hired Apple Movers to move a small amount of stuff from Webster to Fairport and we'll just say his guys were about as fast/motivated as a Sloth on Ambien. It took them 6 hours to move what would've taken a couple of trained Monkeys 3 hours to do and the Monkeys would've been more pleasant to have around. Ben and his employees were very rude and unprofessional and every time you turned around they were taking another break and also took a long lunch! I wouldn't advise hiring movers that charge by the hour simply because they make $ by dragging their feet, hire a company that charges a flat rate.

my mom has been in florida for a week and a half, leaves in 3 days, and not only has the stuff not arrived a week late, but now seems to be arriving after she leaves. she got that info from the driver in miami, not from norman brothers whom she paid and contraction with in new windsor (where she lives). he hasn't returned her calls regarding when it will get there. turns out truck driver doesn't remember some of the large items being on his truck. what to do? don't know. its 500 to change her flight so she can stay longer to wait for the stuff to come , but with no response from norman brothers what would you do. reason for the trip was to receive the truck of stuff. i say stay away unless you want this to happen to you.

From planning the move to the move itself, the entire procedure for us was charming and proficient. Our movers were staggering. They were both extremely lovely and persevering. We could move from our 2-room into another 1 room in just shy of 4 hours with no harm.

The EZ movers crew made our move a breeze from start to finish! We had one day to pack up and move our entire home (furniture, clothes, appliances, necessities) to a storage unit an hour away and the EZ movers crew made it happen for us. They showed up on time and hustled to make sure they stayed within the estimate they gave us and that we had budgeted for. Everyone was super friendly, treated our items as if they were their own, and transported them without any damages. They also unloaded the entire truck in record time and packed our entire home into a 10x20 storage unit!
