We recently hired Apple Movers to move a small amount of stuff from Webster to Fairport and we'll just say his guys were about as fast/motivated as a Sloth on Ambien. It took them 6 hours to move what would've taken a couple of trained Monkeys 3 hours to do and the Monkeys would've been more pleasant to have around. Ben and his employees were very rude and unprofessional and every time you turned around they were taking another break and also took a long lunch! I wouldn't advise hiring movers that charge by the hour simply because they make $ by dragging their feet, hire a company that charges a flat rate.

I worked with Jim and his team for an inter-state move in July 2018. Jim was patient and responsive to all of my questions and emails, he made sure to work with the budget I had and did not exceed the cost. He coordinated with my storage facility to arrive perfectly on time, and made payment easy for me as I was driving the same day as well. The team professionally wrapped even luggage and a twin mattress I did not have a bag for to make sure all my items survived the trip and storage time. Excellent Moving Company. From the beginning where we worked with a Roadway moving company employee through the planning phase and actual move, this company was terrific. They anticipated our questions, gave us tips to help the move and packing go smooth and were extremely responsive. The movers themselves were professional, courteous, flexible and personable. This move was for my 85 yr old parents who were moving from property they have owned for 50 years in Long Island to a retirement home in Charlton. My mom who is not easy to please said "The move could not have gone better"

The people at Roger's are very friendly, but they're totally disorganized. I had some items in storage there for about ten years. Over that time, I added a few more things every few years. About a month ago I took it all out and found that they had no records for more than half of my stuff (there were inventory stickers on everything, but no inventory sheets for most of it) and that several items had been lost. I called the warehouse supervisor and left a message, but he never returned my call.

Second time moving with these guys. They show up on time, work hard, make sure your items are safe, and done. Funny, cool guys as well. Highly Recommended
