This is a terrible company, with terrible people working for them. They will make every promise to you and in the end charge you more than twice what they estimated. Their customer service will then be apologetically terrible. They ignored directions we gave them a month ahead of time even after promising us that they would follow them. And the directions weren't unreasonable (they were to deliver before 6 PM). They also refused to allow us to remeasure the volume our goods took up, even though they charge by the cubic foot, and took advantage of the fact that they knew we needed to be moved out by that day and no other movers could do it on short notice. This company is a the definition of scam artist.
