Valley Movers are an expert organization who truly acknowledge how unpleasant moving can be. The workplace staff is constantly accessible to answer questions and the moving staff was solid and productive. My stuff was away for a year with them in the wooden compartments. I then had my capacity units unloaded and exchanged to a capacity unit. A portion of the things were delivered out of state . It was somewhat entangled however they were on top of everything! What an extraordinary group!

The movers showed up on time. They were very careful in taking things apart, transporting and putting things back together. The movers were pleasant to work with. Highly recommended!!!!!

Was supposed to have 2 rugs delivered today that were ordered from Wayfair. Your company was listed as delivery partner.i called and left 2 messages, but I have not received a call back.

Have video on the ring doorbell of them ringing and not making delivery. Then they said they delvered 2 vanities both over 200 lbs but never did. They sent Wayfair a signed delivery receipt which obviously is fraud. Called them several times and they said they were looking for the items. After the last call they said it would be delivered the next day and nothing came after my wife was stuck at home waiting all afternoon. I had to call Wayfair and they said they would send 2 more vanities. Unfortunately it is supposed to be the same delivery company. We will see if it ever arrives. This company is either incompetent or thieves. How do you loose 2 items which are several hundred pounds each

I ordered a mattress through amazon. It was supposed to be delivered 7/25. After failing to deliver the first time around due to an issue getting access on a military installation, I called to figure out when my package would be rescheduled for delivery. They initially took my name and number, but then never called me back. I continued leaving voicemails, but the company has yet to call me back. As of 7/30, I still have not received my mattress. (only giving it one start because I have to)
