The people at Roger's are very friendly, but they're totally disorganized. I had some items in storage there for about ten years. Over that time, I added a few more things every few years. About a month ago I took it all out and found that they had no records for more than half of my stuff (there were inventory stickers on everything, but no inventory sheets for most of it) and that several items had been lost. I called the warehouse supervisor and left a message, but he never returned my call.

I worked with Jim and his team for an inter-state move in July 2018. Jim was patient and responsive to all of my questions and emails, he made sure to work with the budget I had and did not exceed the cost. He coordinated with my storage facility to arrive perfectly on time, and made payment easy for me as I was driving the same day as well. The team professionally wrapped even luggage and a twin mattress I did not have a bag for to make sure all my items survived the trip and storage time. I recommend Kocak moving whole-heartedly and without hesitation! Thanks for making my moving experience a happy and successful one!

I have utilized Black Tie twice now and I'm having a more troublesome time composing a survey for the second experience, than I accomplished for the first. The service was excellent for the principal move. Both of the movers had a staggeringly solid hard working attitude the kind that left me saluting their folks for what more likely than not been a commendable childhood and pondering it was past the point where it is possible to ingrain a comparative level of order in my own kids. We had a great experience moving to Florida with Delaney Moving and Storage and their Company, United Van Lines. Everyone was always helpful. Art Delaney came out three times to make sure he had as perfect an estimate as possible and the final move was just a couple of hundred pounds off from his estimate. I don't really know how he did it. The office staff, scheduler and move coordinator all were extremely helpful. When they had some used boxes to share, they were very gracious and their prices for boxes and paper we bought were very fair. Best of all was our driver, Daniel, who did a superb job packing our things in the van and delivering them in Florida. If you are lucky enough to have Daniel, you'll have the smoothest of moves. I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough awesome things in regards to Ralph Palmisano and his group of movers. They simply moved me from Cazenovia to Dutchess County - 4 hours away amidst winter. A 5000 sq ft house. I was agonized over such a large number of things and Ralph kept me calm and said that he would get everything going. What's more, he did. Extremely proficient and amiable. A Cazenovia neighbor prescribed him. Keep the word going.

The three man moving group took phenomenal consideration of my turn all the way. They were exceptionally cautious and conscious of my possessions.
