The people at Roger's are very friendly, but they're totally disorganized. I had some items in storage there for about ten years. Over that time, I added a few more things every few years. About a month ago I took it all out and found that they had no records for more than half of my stuff (there were inventory stickers on everything, but no inventory sheets for most of it) and that several items had been lost. I called the warehouse supervisor and left a message, but he never returned my call.

I worked with Jim and his team for an inter-state move in July 2018. Jim was patient and responsive to all of my questions and emails, he made sure to work with the budget I had and did not exceed the cost. He coordinated with my storage facility to arrive perfectly on time, and made payment easy for me as I was driving the same day as well. The team professionally wrapped even luggage and a twin mattress I did not have a bag for to make sure all my items survived the trip and storage time. I recommend Kocak moving whole-heartedly and without hesitation! Thanks for making my moving experience a happy and successful one!

Excellent Moving Company. From the beginning where we worked with a Roadway moving company employee through the planning phase and actual move, this company was terrific. They anticipated our questions, gave us tips to help the move and packing go smooth and were extremely responsive. The movers themselves were professional, courteous, flexible and personable. This move was for my 85 yr old parents who were moving from property they have owned for 50 years in Long Island to a retirement home in Charlton. My mom who is not easy to please said "The move could not have gone better"

The moving company created the impression that they could perform well on move day. This was my first time to move with this business. They took care of it and were very competent and thorough in packing my outdoor table on the balcony. I hit the road and moved to Jersey, yes I know what you going to say but everybody needs to leave the city at one point in time. I mean I am from Florida originally. I chose this firm since it ships things for the Corning Class Museum and other historical center customers. I let them know that I was willing to pay to have things moved damage-free from Ithaca, NY to Seattle, WA. That did not happen and a few things were broken in the move.
