Active Moving exhibited professionalism when I hired them to move to Madison, Wisconsin. The ease of the process made moving to my new home a breeze. They helped in arranging my things in the new house and now I'm focused on decorating. I apprecieate their diligence and responsibility and would recommend them to everybody in GA

I went online to search for a moving companies and I got overwhelmed by a the number of movers. Right now, I believe that I have a PhD in the moving scene. I happen to talk to Mike with Active moving, he was genuine and forthright with me. The majority of the estimates that I got he was a bit higher than most of the companies yet I understood as I spoke with him that most of the folks that I dealt with were "representatives". What I thought would just take me two or three hours really took me over a week. My experience was certain and I need to say thanks to Mike and team for their professionalism in moving my family to our new home in Florida. Most importantly it was a decent ordeal. Thanks again!

Great experience. Quick and smooth move form NYC to Houston TX. They carefully wrapped everything, packed my 65 inch flat screen and stereo. Movers showed up in TX within a week. I don't move a lot but this was probably my best experience. Highly recommend.

this is the second time I've used this company, they were good the first time but this time they were excellent! I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Moving is so stressful but Active makes it a little bit less so.

We moved with this company last month . It was a door to door service. They came and packed our stuff and delivered it to our place in Chicago. It was a part load and took approximately 1 week to deliver it. From the beginning to the end, all the crew were so professional. They handled everything with extra care. We had TVs, computers and some other fragile stuff and they paid so much attention in packing them. We didn't have any problems. Everything was in very good condition when we received it. We recommend this company to everyone.

I am very happy with this company. They were moving us from New York to Los Angeles and have done a great job. Tim and his group has been very considerate and they moved all our boxes and taking apart all of our furniture and moved everything for us in a very time efficient way and everyone had really good personalities and spirits and really knew what they were dealing with their job so I really recommend Active Moving.

I've used Active movers three times now and all three times they've been on time, professional, fast and they definitely take care of your furniture and take care of all your belongings and they don't leave a mess!! I definitely would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

I give them 5 stars because they were very professional polite. Also I liked the way their sales have been communicating with me throughout the process. He's being super friendly and not pushy at all that's why I chose their service. Great experience.

We choose Aactive having moved with them a year before. The delivered excellent service and moved all our items in no time at all. Our team was friendly and polite and professional everything you would want from a movers who's dealing with your personal items. We hope we won't need movers for a long time now but if we do we will call the same company again.

They did a great job making our move way easier. This was our first long distance move and I was really scared of all the stuff needed to be done. Serge and his crew showed up the day of pick up and once they started working I realized my move is in good hands. All items arrived in good conditions and delivery team was also polite and quick. These movers were good even though I had a difficult move. We had some unexpected difficulties with our move and the owner showed up himself and get the job done faster. I will use them for my next move.

3 guys moved 2 bedroom apartment in less than 5 hours. They took the bed apart and reassembled it in the new place. They set my furniture up. They were on time and really comfortable to work with. Great company

Hello my husband and I made a move from new york to miami and we have had many problems and we feel scammed we want to claim the money back and that there are no more victims. The first thing is that I send photos with everything there was (furniture) and negotiate with him a fixed price for the furniture plus the boxes, he said that the price was fixed and would not change (I have an email confirming this) and when they got there The workers told us it was 1500usd or they were leaving, they forced me to accept because my circumstances were: my last day of reading and I was all in boxes and my flight left at night. I have broken a table, all the furniture is damaged, the mattress folded in half is totally broken, it has the mark in the middle and you cannot lie down without going to the center (I have photos of everything) They told me that I had to notify 3 days in advance of the day that I wanted the move (I have texts) I notified an OCt 28th for the delivery to be Nov 5th (9 days before) and they arrived Nov 12th. I've had to sleep in a hotel all those days. They have charged me an extra month of storage from the 5th to the 12th (when it was their responsibility that they were not on time, I ordered the furniture in Miami for the 5th day, because I have to pay for the extra time in storage) All the communications with them so that they would speak with the building to send the IOC etc they have never been done, when I called by phone they never answered me and the texts were not. On the day of delivery they arrived with a truck that was so big-unsual (they told us it was so big because it was the last move after 5 more) and since the truck could not enter the building they charged us 400usd extra because they had to walk more than 45 feet, when we said that it was their responsibility to have checked with the building they called the boss, the boss himself insulted us "fuck your mother, fuck you, I am gonna sell your staff away" then we had to pay the 2000usd desperately, we asked him for a bill of all the expenses and they refused to give it to me, they told me to call the boss and he never answered the phone.

I used this company for a move to Colorado from NJ, two men arrived to move everything from the storage unit. They were timely and polite but they changed the quote from the price provided on the phone. I told them my things would be moving to a storage unit they said it was fine and the price would not change from there. I was also asked times and days I would be available, I said week days after 3 and weekends. He gave a receipt told me that by my eArliest date provided someone would call to give me an approximate arrival which was the following Saturday, no one called. I called Sunday to try to make schedule changes if needed for work to accommodate the movers someone answered said they would call back and never did. I get a call Thursday that says they will be there around 2pm Friday. Friday during my work shift I get a call that he is on his way at 11:30 and will be there at 12:30. I cannot leave work on command everything has to be prearranged. After 3/4 calls and texts back and forth I made them aware I would not be able to leave work and meet until the time Discussed on the previous day. Active Moving people did a great job for me yesterday. They came early and were polite, careful and cheerful. They looked like they really knew what they were doing and just went ahead and did the job. Amazing packing skills. Their sales office was also very accommodating. I am very pleased with the service.

Active is by far the best vendor in the moving industry from the office to the movers. They are attentive to their customers' needs, efficient and not wasting their time. They exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this mover.

The move went fast and professional. The price was reasonable. My only complaint is the pick up was scheduled for 9 am and they haven't showed up till 11 am. My building was very strict about using the elevator and giving me hard time.

Movers were very nice and helped a lot during packing part of the process. They've helped us dismantling our beds and unmounting TVs from the walls. Transit time was according to what we were told by the office prior to booking. No damaged or lost items.

The movers were awesome from start to finish. They came very early in the morning to start packing and wrapping things. I couldn't even imagine they'd finish such a humongous job in one day. I absolutely recommend using Active for your relocation needs.

My moving team was very knowledgeable and friendly. It only took them 3 hours to pack the entire 1 bedroom apartment. This would take at least a week if I did it myself. Loading and unloading of the furniture went smooth and professional. I recommend this company to others.
