Before I start my review, it is vital that everyone knows that KG Van Lines is a fraud. I did not choose to do business with this company. I contracted with International Van Lines who sold my contract to KG Van Lines. KG picked up my things in Louisiana on May 30, 2018. IVL had given me a bid of $2200. KG quickly inflated it to $6700 with bogus charges and over-charges. I had to move that day, I bit the bullet. What I did not notice at the time was that KG utilized a Bill of Lading and Revised Estimate forms from another company without that company's knowledge or permission. I found this out when my load was delayed and delayed and I called the company on the paperwork and learned I did not have a file with them. It is now exactly 24 days and I still do not have my things. I cannot get an answer from KG Van Lines or a straight answer from International Van Lines. I get an occasional angry and threatening text from KG's driver, and one screaming call from the owner of KG that I could not understand because he could not speak English even slightly well. I am without my things, I have MS and sleeping on an air mattress has really made things worse. I am in a position where a company has possession of my goods but I do not have a contract with them. I am at wits end.

I needed a quick pivot on moving quote and had almost no opportunity to move and they could help me the distance with a brilliant administration and finish. The three-man group I was doled out was on time and ensured I was out of there in as meager time as could reasonably be expected. I had pressed the vast majority of my stuff yet whatever was left they stuffed with awesome care and ensured all furniture things were precisely wrapped, they even dismantled (and set up back together) a bit of furniture that was not going to fit through the entryway. On the new site they offloaded everything with the same care a quickness as some time recently.

WE had always used the ideal move in the past - I would advise against it. Do not use them f you have or are moving with hardwood floors. WE had our floors redone prior to moving to our new house, and while there were only a few large scratches to be redone there were many small scratches across the floors. What I saw was the movers sliding the heavy furniture across the floor countless times.Unfortunately , the vp, Todd chose to blame our dogs and our children with SPECIAL NEEDS for the scratches. On the plus side- the guy who came to give us an estimate was nice and the movers were nice too. The bottom line- After fighting this and receiving many rude emails from Todd, it will be taken to small claims court- what a shame and what a waste of everyone's time. when you hire movers - you wouldnt expect this.

The administration we got from all the staff at Mabey's was excellent! They packed all our furniture stunningly better than we anticipated. They wrapped everything so well. Subsequent to having all our stuff in storage for 7 months, it was delivered from NY to FL on the date we asked. The movers got everything, and unwrapped all the furniture. There wasn't any harm to even a one thing! We were super happy as we had some extremely valuable things. The staff on both finishes of our outing were brilliant and exceptionally proficient. The movers on both movings worked exceptionally well together. whenever we called them, they were constantly prepared to answer our inquiries and help us in any way conceivable. We HIGHLY recommend them to any individual who needs moving administrations.

Jim's group of Matt and Mike were magnificent! They came early (which I like) and were three friendly and warm people I opened my door to! Exchanges stories and pictures with Mike about bikes through out the day! They were very easy to work with. I've lived in my riverfront flat for a long time now, and never wanted to move until we found a house in NNY winters(!), so leaving was bittersweet. They were so polite so it made my day less hard to manage! They worked so hard for 7 hours STRAIGHT, they deserve all the praise, pizza and tips! Thanks again guys! You rock! Sorry about all the chaos!:)

I needed to remove a star from my review in light of the fact that after working with Liberty Moving and Storage in Commack, NY I understood that Arnoff was more straightforward and reasonable. I was given a quote and that cost came in near the initial assessment. Liberty charged me about $950.00 off. I trust that is the thing that you call a "guestimate". Other than a couple irritating comments from one of the workers my things arrived securely and the cost was reasonable.

In three days notice Bobby and his team moved my sweetheart and I out of our loft in Albany and down to Queens, NY, likewise ceasing on Long Island to drop off extra stockpiling. I utilized Liedkie for a nearby move around a year back and the whole process was simple as pie. The 2-man team appeared on time and were exceptionally well mannered. There was a slight issue getting my desk out the entryway, however they made sense of it rapidly. They charge a 3-hour least, however I was cheerful to pay it despite the fact that we were done in 2. I'll be glad to contract them again next time I move!

Scratch and his group are AWESOME. I have moved a lot in my lifetime and this move with American Van Service was by a long shot the best! Office staff were well disposed and addressed all inquiries I had. Estimate was spot on! The folks who performed the work were first rate, experienced inviting and proficient! On the off chance that I need to move again I will call them!

This group was impeccable in our turn to the new loft. They appeared ok on time and were speedy and careful. All things were wrapped impeccable and every one of our effects were painstakingly moved. Part of the gang even put our bed outline back together and screwed the base together. I would suggest them and use them once more!
