Was cited 4-5 hours to move my 1 room condo from Hoboken to Nutley, in addition to one hour of travel time - this likened to $600 max. Fine. Don't use this company. They cancelled on my first pack day, then appeared at 2:30 pm on day 2 and made a less than impressive job, leaving numerous things unloaded. I am totally disappointed. Stay away from them AT ALL COSTS!!! Note: this was a military move and I was not given a decision in movers. I sent a complain through JPPSO so ideally no more service men and women will need to bear this terrible company.

Bought a few things from Ikea that were to be delivered by Moving Solutions. When they came for the delivery they just gave us half of the items. When I asked where it was they claimed that they didn't have it. When I talked to the manager later it turned out it was on the truck.
