If I could give "0" stars I would. WARNING-DO NOT use this company! Or United Movers either, since Johnson is contracted by United. Johnson's workers were totally unprofessional, rude, argumentative and would not move items that they were contracted to move. To make matters worse, they broke several of our furnishings, while many other expensive items mysteriously went 'missing'! Hire these inept and crooked characters at your own risk. You have been warned.

Johnson Storage and Moving were so useful. Moving cross-country was crazy enough, not to mention attempting to arrange the move and everything else that is included. Johnson Storage stayed in contact with us, keeping us updated all through the procedure. All the furniture and other items were delivered in flawless condition, the movers were quick, friendly and pleasant. Awesome company!!!!

We used Johnson Storage and Moving to move in the area. They sent a representative to do an appraisal for our condo, who was gracious and thorough. The appraisal was 12% too low, which I believed was sensible taking into account different moves I've been through. We had everything in boxes aside from the furniture. They disassembled our bed casing and after reassembled it. They put a couple covers over our furniture, yet didn't bundle anything with tape or anything. We had everything in boxes. They worked from 8:30 to 2:30 and sent 3 men with one truck. They made two outings with the truck between flats. Nothing was broken and the movers were proficient.

Hey what's up everyone just though I drop in and say good job guys keep up all the good hard work. Haters going hate but it just make you guys stronger.. so one posted something bad about the guys who really care about there jobs. Said something about a 100 dollar tip after they so called damaged all there house hold goods. Hahaha sounds to good to be true even coming from a mover.. I know all the guys work hard so keep it up and keep trucking..and who ever ver is need to quit talking smak about all the hardworking guys at Johnson storage and moving

25 minutes ago I had a high end monitor and it was in perfect condition. Never touched after it was sitting on my desk new from box. After the move the monitor had scratches and grooves all over the screen. The claim got denied because "scraches were normal wear and tear pre move". It was a total underhanded response to deny a claim. Don't use this company. If anything happens to your stuff the extra insurance means abosoloutely nothing and I'm stuck with a worthless monitor that I will have to replace. Avoid at all costs!
