Came to do an estimate on August 25, 2021 and was told a supervisor would call me back. It's now been nineteen days and not a single call, so I called a while ago and the liar wanted to argue and insist that they had tried calling both numbers, but there was no answer??? If there was no answer, then why in hell wasn't any messages left? The obvious, because they never called either number or left any message and if they had called, both numbers keep a detailed log of every incoming and out going call and there isn't any a single one from them. He also proceeds to tell me that because I didn't answer (????) they wouldn't be able to help me with my move. These liars have absolutely zero integrity whatsoever and can't be trusted and not only has this now put me into a very bad situation, but added to the enormous stress that I'm already experiencing due to this move.

Was cited 4-5 hours to move my 1 room condo from Hoboken to Nutley, in addition to one hour of travel time - this likened to $600 max. Fine. The Russian Mafia shows up, investigates at my stuff, says it'll take 9 HOURS, and that it'll be another $40 in the event that I need them to move my TV (who doesn't have a TV?), and he was certain to advise me that all that did exclude their TIP. I instructed them to get out of my home and I called Chris to check whether he could bail me out (I'd additionally gotten a quote from him). Upgrade! I simply got a telephone call from a man at Bears Transport offering me cash to change my rating to 5 stars. I educated him this was exceptionally untrustworthy and most likely unlawful. He then instructed me to quit acting like a little child and began informing a story concerning how when "individuals kick the bucket surveys can change". Given they have my personal residence, this quickly cracked me out and I let him know I won't be changing my survey of the company's terrible administration then hung up. The down side was when I called to schedule the man had a bit of an attitude so I was not expecting my move to go as smooth and good as it did.

Best Moving Company I have ever dealt with! I talked with Jimmie via telephone and he was the extremely pleasant and proficient on the telephone. He plan me in the books with just a couple of days of notification. His driver and group touched base on time and was extremely watchful with every one of the breakables and furniture.
