Came to do an estimate on August 25, 2021 and was told a supervisor would call me back. It's now been nineteen days and not a single call, so I called a while ago and the liar wanted to argue and insist that they had tried calling both numbers, but there was no answer??? If there was no answer, then why in hell wasn't any messages left? The obvious, because they never called either number or left any message and if they had called, both numbers keep a detailed log of every incoming and out going call and there isn't any a single one from them. He also proceeds to tell me that because I didn't answer (????) they wouldn't be able to help me with my move. These liars have absolutely zero integrity whatsoever and can't be trusted and not only has this now put me into a very bad situation, but added to the enormous stress that I'm already experiencing due to this move.

Was cited 4-5 hours to move my 1 room condo from Hoboken to Nutley, in addition to one hour of travel time - this likened to $600 max. Fine. The Russian Mafia shows up, investigates at my stuff, says it'll take 9 HOURS, and that it'll be another $40 in the event that I need them to move my TV (who doesn't have a TV?), and he was certain to advise me that all that did exclude their TIP. Wow...I didn't hope to be composing a 5 star audit for a moving organization. They finished it and were very expert and playing safe in organizing my movables. The employees created the impression that they could function well. They were snappy and valuable and accurate. They swathed, stuffed, and defended my end table.I would solely praise this relocation company. None of my furnitures were busted. Frances, Brandon, and Wade were honorable.

The down side was when I called to schedule the man had a bit of an attitude so I was not expecting my move to go as smooth and good as it did.

Bought a few things from Ikea that were to be delivered by Moving Solutions. When they came for the delivery they just gave us half of the items. When I asked where it was they claimed that they didn't have it. When I talked to the manager later it turned out it was on the truck. A few telephone calls later, none of which were returned by Moving Solutions, we still don't have whatever is left of our things. Try not to use them in the event that you have the decision.
