Worst experience with a moving company ever! Will never recommend them to anyone. Absolutely nothing Zen about this company.

Came to do an estimate on August 25, 2021 and was told a supervisor would call me back. It's now been nineteen days and not a single call, so I called a while ago and the liar wanted to argue and insist that they had tried calling both numbers, but there was no answer??? If there was no answer, then why in hell wasn't any messages left? The obvious, because they never called either number or left any message and if they had called, both numbers keep a detailed log of every incoming and out going call and there isn't any a single one from them. He also proceeds to tell me that because I didn't answer (????) they wouldn't be able to help me with my move. These liars have absolutely zero integrity whatsoever and can't be trusted and not only has this now put me into a very bad situation, but added to the enormous stress that I'm already experiencing due to this move.

Joe, you and your staff did a super job moving me from Santa Fe to Taos swiftly and without issue. True service with a smile. I have decided not to take the house in Dixon and need to store my items with you for the rest of July. I have lost my phone and was hospitalized this week, I am replacing my phone today. I will call you Monday morning to pay you for storage. Please hold on to my things safely. I am sorry I was sick this week and not in touch - was in the hospital for 3 days...

Wow...I didn't hope to be composing a 5 star audit for a moving organization. Subsequent to perusing awfulness story after ghastliness story, I was completely arranged to have the movers show up weeks late, break the greater part of my stuff and after that empty some of my broken things a couple of weeks late(r). This was NOT the case with Albuquerque Moving and Storage/Allied. We have never utilized movers, yet felt that given then size of our home and the separation of the move (NM to AZ) that it would be justified regardless of the cash to contract experts - absolutely justified, despite all the trouble! Rubel and his team went ahead time, stacked the truck deliberately and effectively and after that Rubel (yes, the same gentleman drove the truck) and his Phoenix group conveyed on the booked date and time. I was worried about a large portion of the things that I couldn't box (lights, bicycles, fine art, and so forth.) and these were taken care of splendidly by the movers upon the arrival of the heap. At conveyance, Rubel his team and dumped our whole home precisely and productively. I truly can't say enough great in regards to this experience, it was good to the point that I should seriously mull over moving again :)

How refreshing to work with a company that takes pride in what they do! Both for the estimate visit and the actual move, Tim and and his crew arrived right on time and took such care with my heavy antiques. I was very impressed with the work ethic and highly recommend this group.

Upgrade! I simply got a telephone call from a man at Bears Transport offering me cash to change my rating to 5 stars. I educated him this was exceptionally untrustworthy and most likely unlawful. He then instructed me to quit acting like a little child and began informing a story concerning how when "individuals kick the bucket surveys can change". Given they have my personal residence, this quickly cracked me out and I let him know I won't be changing my survey of the company's terrible administration then hung up. Simply one more reason this moving company ought to be accounted for terrible business hones. What's more, I reported this for just in the event that they contact any other individual. I'm totally astounded by this!

Don't use this company. They cancelled on my first pack day, then appeared at 2:30 pm on day 2 and made a less than impressive job, leaving numerous things unloaded. I am totally disappointed. Stay away from them AT ALL COSTS!!! Note: this was a military move and I was not given a decision in movers. I sent a complain through JPPSO so ideally no more service men and women will need to bear this terrible company.

The movers were very professional and always helpful and accommodating. Two thumbs up!

Bought a few things from Ikea that were to be delivered by Moving Solutions. When they came for the delivery they just gave us half of the items. When I asked where it was they claimed that they didn't have it. When I talked to the manager later it turned out it was on the truck. A few telephone calls later, none of which were returned by Moving Solutions, we still don't have whatever is left of our things. Try not to use them in the event that you have the decision.

These individuals are well disposed and dedicated. They educated me that it is a family business that has been working for a considerable length of time. They got me moved and everything emptied in an immaculate measure of time. I have no dissensions here! There capacity is extraordinary and when they charge me they generally put somewhat benevolent message with a grin, manually written as well. This lets me know my stuff is in extraordinary consideration. I have been with them for quite a long time and don't plan of leaving at any point in the near future.

Be cautious with this company. With the many number of moving services out there, don't deal with one that will not offer a binding contract, there are many reviews on the web. This is not a place for individuals who need to keep a budget avoiding outrageous charges. Owner got defensive when I requested a binding contract, this organization preys on the clueless. Help yourself out, do research and stay away. Atlas Moving company should take note and not deal with this subcontractor.

Highly Recommend this Excellent Company. To say that I was an anxious client would be putting it mildly. Having seen online feedback of various moving companies, I was very much aware of everything that could turn out badly. Michael Alvarado's group, drove by Daniel, with the capable help of Torren, put my apprehensions to rest. They were to a great degree watchful with every single thing they packed, marked everything so I was able to find everything quickly at my new home, they explained everything about the move precisely. They even showed me how my furniture would be packed in the truck . My things came when guaranteed and were unloaded effectively on the flip side. I couldn't be more satisfied.

They were on time, friendly and worked hard ! I have numerous collectibles and they took great care of them. They are also very affordablel!!
