Rayan vanlines and best interstate - wonderful NJ based crew and very efficient and patient. A++ best interstate could improve their communication though

A horrific experience. HOSTAGE SCAM! The moving co. held my items hostage demanding 1-2k dollars more than the agreed amount for the return of my items. After days of "hostage negotiations," they delivered and unloaded my items at midnight! Missing items, broken items, and items that I paid extra for "special packing" came off the truck with literally no packing. With a simple google search, it was evident that this moving co. has just recently changed their name and changed names of their moving license because of problems with the Better Business Bureau.

Our belongings are being held hostage. Excuse after excuse and we still don't have our belongings. Don't even bother... they use Best Interstate Movers and Storage as a broker who are worse!

Worst ever, total disregards on personal belongings. Their packaging service, should be a additional SERVICE, it's a additional scam to generate more money and at the same time all property destroyed, damaged, didn't care and only were interested in collecting your money and added 5K to the original estimate, over charge, cheating on the overall weight paper work, & leaving and moving on as quick as possible. Have not even the proper insurance to deliver at normal condo buildings. People are not professionals, they should not be allowed to be in business!! As well BEST INTERSTATE Should change their name to WORST INTERSTATE!!!!!!!!

best movers , friendly cew and great customer service . we hired them to move us from manhattan new york to california . the came 2 hours late but other than that , they did great packing our stuff and delivering it in good condetion .

Derek, Rasa and Pat said it all. Awful does not begin to describe our hellish experience with these scam artists. They were not forthright with any delivery time frames and held us hostage on both ends of the move. Best Interstate gave us a good faith estimate only to have Rayan double bill for items that were paid for in our contract. We had to sign for duplicative work in order for the truck to be loaded -- 1,800.00 worth of services for which we had already paid. Delivery, when it finally arrived, was worse! Boxes torn, crushed and stacked upside down (on the truck and in the home), damaged furniture, no protective covering on the wood floors (which were damaged when moving out of the previous residence), and items "packed" by Rayan were placed in boxes with no packing, including a printer and computer. Best Interstate staff are polite and friendly, making this a "good cop, bad cop" scenario.

Rayan Vanlines INC is the best. They came right on time and moved my studio. They were courteous, efficient and careful with my stuff, which they protected very well. They took my bed and table apart and put them back together. I tipped them well and I encourage you to do the same if you're happy with the service.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. They moved us from Georgia to North Carolina. We used a Moving Broker named Best Interstate Moving Storage. They showed up hours late with a van which was to small. The told us one delivery date and then delivered our stuff 5 days late. Almost every piece of furniture was damaged. Several items were missing. It took months to get the damage items fixed and most of it will never be as good as before these people came into our lives.

Great experience overall - from the scheduling to pricing to updates to moving. I would definitely recommend Best Interstate and Rayan Van Lines to anyone.

So happy we found Rayan Van Lines INC. Staff were fantastic. Not only were they timely and professional, they were extremely careful with our items. Professionalism at its finest. There are no hidden fees or agendas with this company. We highly recommend Rayan Van Lines INC, and I would ask for these guys for my next move!

Rayan Van Lines INC and Crew were fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better moving company. They were ALL courteous, funny and made my move so much fun. They worked hard and couldn't be more impressed or pleased than I was with this crew. Would highly recommend Rayan Van Lines INC to anyone. Thanks guys

Great moving experience! The Staff was professional and they were very organized and hard working. The were quick and very helpful in disassembling & reassembling the bed frame, loading/unloading plants and all the stuff were moved perfectly! Thank you Rayan Van Lines INC!

I'll be honest I was skeptical of their price quote and how the move would go, but everything went absolutely great. From beginning to end their communication was outstanding, they called and texted to confirm the move which for a control freak like me was outstanding. They were friendly and courteous while booking and during the move. Thank You Rayan Van Lines INC for such a smooth move.

Seriously these guys are so dope! If they were a basketball team, they'd be the well balanced and unbeatable. To be honest, I was concerned about overages on packing materials or possibly taking too many breaks, but all concerns were just concerns. These guys were fast, efficient, and were moving machines!! They doubled our initial estimate from the broker then took two days to load our belongings. When they finally arrived at our new home more than a week later, they called my husband and asked him to pay the remaining balance in cash. After they delivered our things, several pieces showing damage, the refused to clean up their trash, leaving behind 3 large trash bags full of tape and plastic as well as several large cardboard boxes. I do not recommend this business at all.

I CONCUR DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! I would give less than one star of I could but that is not a choice. They showed up with a small truck after we told them they would need a semi trailer, I paid them $500 for"SPECIAL CRATING" to protect my motorcycle which ended up being empty cardboard boxes stacked on top of it with more of our belongings stacked on top of that. They doubled the original estimate even after I sent them a detailed inventory from a previous move just 18 months earlier Almost everything they touched they broke, including the motorcycle, they wanted paid in cash before unloading our belongings so we couldn't inspect the damage until after payment then refused to make any adjustments on the cost due to damages.

I have been move from all around the country for 30 years i was doing it by my self all the time this is the first time i hire moving Company i got a alot of call's from different companys and then we got a call from Rayan van line the guy name was Amer he was very nice we decide to give them a try and this was the best decision we take in our life they was very hard workers and professional specialy ady he was very nice and professional Thank you so much guy's we really had a very good experience with you

Professional, friendly and great to work with. Showed great concern for our belongings and for Making sure no damage was done to driveway or grass. Best Interstate and Rayan kept good contact and walked with us through the whole move.

Best Interstate and Rayan Vanlines did a fantastic job on my move. The packers and movers were extremely professional. They took great care with my items in the move and very very communicative. I highly recommend them!

Sent a truck that was too small for our load. The only saving grace was that the crew did a very good job wrapping all our belongings. They were there for 16 hours trying to get everything on the truck. We didn't know if everything would fit until the last minute, which caused a great deal of stress and anxiety for my wife and myself. We've moved many times, and this was by far the worst experience we've ever had. I would not recommend Rayan Van Lines to anyone.

What a wonderful experience! The movers were very friendly and efficient, and I was truly impressed with how helpful and accommodating they were. I thought moving out of my NYC condo would be very difficult, but they made the experience very quick and stress-free. Thank you Rayan Vanlines!

The reviews contained in this site are suspicious to me as other sites have them at 1 rating which is consistent with my experience 85% of our belongings arrived crushed or damaged: trailer was packed to fit with appliances loaded horizontally, plasma TV clearly marked loaded on their side, refrigerator stacked upside down, boxes collapsed to fit spilling the contents. Complete disrespect for our belongings being our life possessions and memories- Paid $16,000 to have our property distroyed

Do not use these clowns. Four stars is a fraud. Rayan moved me from ct to fl. Of the 140 boxes moved over 100 were crushed, or burst open, our plasma TVs shipped on their sides vs big arrows pointing this side up, pure incompetence. Our full size dryer shipped on its side and our mini fridge shipped upside down. Our gas grill crushed and our fragile boxes packed on the floor of the truck. stupid, incompetent, lack of respect for the customer. Stay away from these clowns. I have lots of pictures.

Exceptional, hard working. There are no words to express how these men worked in helping our move from Minnesota to Houston Texas. So very grateful to them and if I move again, I will definitely contact them again. Thank you Assad, Temen, and Ahmed for all that you did.
