I went with Admiral van lines because of all the good reviews and when I called they really sounded like they knew what they were doing. The price was decent enough and my moving date was set in 30 minutes max. After we went over everything I was moving of course. Our movers did a good job and arrived on time for our pickup. The moving went as about as well as it could have gone - and all our stuff was delivered in our delivery window we had set up prior. Admiral van lines did a great job.

It has taken my wife and I almost a year to write this review given how terrible and frustrating it is to tell our experience with this company. It is by far the worst experience I have ever had with an organization. Long story short, we arranged to have our goods delivered on 1/24/2020 from Syracuse NY to Salt Lake City. We provided a pickup date and asked if that would work and the salesperson said it would not be a problem, there were plenty of trucks. The company showed up 4 days late to pick up our goods, which we already knew would make the approved drop off time impossible. They promised to get the goods delivered within a week and it was only later we found out from dispatch that trucks rarely go out west and there were none scheduled for several weeks. We tried to contact our salesperson who ghosted us the entire time. We finally received our goods in March. Before receiving our goods my wife and I received notifications that old credit cards we forgot in a box had been stolen and used in the surrounding area of the warehouse. The credit cards were in a lockbox, hidden in the comforter in a cardboard box. The lockbox was broken when we received it and the contents thrown around the inside of the cardboard box. The company denied any of their workers would do this but later acknowledged the restaurants where the cards were used were frequented by their staff. The moving company was nice enough to compensate us $300 for the inconvenience of our stolen cards. This was all before our goods had arrived. When we finally received our furniture, we noticed a box was missing, others had been opened and re-taped, furniture was broke, and several goods had been stolen. This included a PS4, Amazon Alexa, Digital Camera, souvenir money from abroad. We contacted the company in March and asked repeatedly to speak with the owners and other managers. The owner was apparently out of town in April, during Covid, at a conference and never returned our calls from March to August. The customer service lady made excuses, said he should call, and generally misled us while we tried to solve our problem. We filed a police report for the stolen goods but the investigation stalled with Covid. Every time we asked for arbitration information outlined in the contract they claimed not to know or will call back. We finally filed for arbitration in August and the Arbitrator said they could not rule on our dispute given it is a criminal case and the police would best be able to handle. At this point we stopped trying to find a resolution and just accepted how terrible and corrupt the company is. This company is terrible and the way they operate is atrocious. Do yourself a favor and never contact them.

If I could give them no stars, I would! The only positive, was that they picked up our delivery on time; however, all down hill from there! Advised 7-14 delivery timeframe, when in fact it took 24 days with no responses to phone calls and repeated promised delivery dates. Had multiple items damaged and a Dyson Steam Vac never delivered. Went through all the hoops to file a claim for the lost property (multiple forms, notary signatures,..) and still have yet to receive any reimbursement after repeated comments that 'the checks in the mail'. I would NOT recommend Integrated Moving Solution; save yourself the aggravation and go with ANYONE else!!!!

Today I had the manager and his crew move me. They were fantastic. Very efficient, quick, and careful with my household items. They got all my items from one destination to the other with nothing broken. They unpacked everything once at my new destination, set up my beds, furniture & TVs in every room at the new place, and took all the boxes and wrapping paper away. Very polite guys and hard working. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Dude I went from New Jersey, to Las Vegas Nevada. Not a thing of my effects were in poor condition. Leonardo, Winfred, and Otha were bold. The working people seemed that they could get someplace well. We would directly be satisfied with this moving workplace. This was my 2nd time to move with this moving company. They were brisk and proficient. Conscientious and veracious. They blanket wrapped, filled, and insured my entertainment center. They made it and were very able and solid in loading my desk chair.

I simply proceeded onward 11/16/13 from Brooklyn to New Jersey utilizing White Glove moving. They touched base on time and we immediately marked the paper work and they began. They were proficient and kind and conscious of our effects. They then arrived our new home and emptied rapidly and productively. We had issues getting our ruler examined box spring the stairs, and they worked persistently with us that we at last figured out how to get it up. I would suggest them for any move whether it be in same town or state to state. Proficient and extremely kind.

The instructions and quote given to me by the Company were not honest and exact. I was told the movers would arrive between 7am to 9am. They arrived at 6:10am and told me I will have to pay $150 more. The movers were more concerned with time and left a couple of items behind. The move was done by 11:10am. I later found a couple of my items damaged and parts missing. I am very disappointed with this Company.

Most noticeably awful administration ever. My phone calls were over and over not returned and Jordan did not appear at our beforehand planned arrangement. I particularly took off of work to meet with him and he didn't appear. Zero stars ought to be an alternative since they don't merit one star.

Horrible! Worse customer service.

i would say it was less stressful than we thought i and my wife , good hard working people the came 2 hours late but the called and let us know that they are in the way but the to traffic the will be late , 3 workers showed up and the were fast and did every thing they can to make sure our stuff stays in shape , we were watching me and the wife they were working and we thought those guys are good . any way long story short delivery was in the time frame the provided us at the pick up , few damages no serious ones . i recomend them

A Budd Moving and Storage truck in Beaverton, Oregon at 11:15 Am on April 26,2021 going East on US 26 and then South on US 217 was consistently following too close and made three lane changes, two without signaling and one by forcing a car with the right of way to yield to him. In short you have an aggressive and irresponsible driver who needs a little driver education. Wallace W. Carey

Is there no way to give 0 stars? They're the worst moving company I've ever heard of. Lost half the stuff- irreplaceable. We're bringing a lawsuit against them.

Much obliged to you for giving us the absolute best administration amid our late office migration! Every one of us were astonished at the velocity, productivity and tender loving care displayed by the group of Flatbush moving. They finished the movement on time and without even the smallest harm to our office substance and offices. They kept us drew in amid each progression of the procedure which brought about a mistake free venture that got us back to full operational mode much speedier than we suspected conceivable!

As of late I again utilized PAULS M AND M MOVING AND TRUCKING and again I was exceptionally content with their administration. The two men were impeccable. Obliging, accommodating and nothing was an excess of inconvenience notwithstanding when the inward city loft was a test to move into! I would altogether suggest this administration and their costs are extremely focused on the grounds that the men move rapidly and effectively without a break. PAULS M AND M MOVING AND TRUCKING made the move less agonizing than moving dependably is!

the movers were the best i have ever work with. I moved a couple of times before, hiring both local and long distance movers and i can say this was the best experience i had. Peter and his crew came on time and while I was doing the paperwork, movers got to work.
