*** Be very wary of this Company. *** We were charged monies in excess of the delivery fee explicitly stated in our contract. Xtreme Movers hired subcontractors to deliver our things to our new home in Charlotte. We had arranged for delivery on the 16th of October, but received a phone call the morning of the 9th that they were coming that day. After discussing with our building management, we arranged for drop off at 5 pm et. Upon arrival, we paid the movers the balance owed - in cash. We were told that we needed to pay $450 more for our things to be delivered. We did not want our things held hostage and therefore paid the balance. When questioning Xtreme Movers the next week they denied that we were charged an additional amount. Both my wife and I were present when the movers said this to us and are willing to sign a legal affidavit confirming this. We asked for this money to be returned to us since our contract is very clear. They have refused. We have placed a dispute on our charges through our banking institutions along with the contract we received and signed.

Simply needed to put a survey up for no bother moving. I was attempting to choose which moving I needed to run with I had like six or five distinctive moving organization's calling to get a quote from them. At that point I had Sarah from no bother give a quote she was an extremely decent woman and gave me a far value I was moving from CT to FL they let me know I had 1000 cu/ft which would have been a sum of 3,300. After booking with them I needed to put 10% store which was a recounted 330 then at pick 60% would be do and the other 30% at conveyance. Which sounded OK. My pick date was on 10/1/13 a day prior to my turn Sarah called me to let me realize that the men were going to touch base between 7-9am. So the men got to my place at 9:30am they were somewhat late. I had a formen named max he let me know that they are going to take around 4 hours to stack the truck so they began and they stack up the truck in 6 hours and ened up having 900 cu/ft. After a week the driver to FL called and let me realize that he would be touching base at 12pm to off burden my stuff. They off burden everything, and they harmed a few boxes yet nothing was broken so I didn't generally mind the length of they arrived safe. They just issue I had is that they scarched my floor.

Moving is very stressful.. especially when moving 1100 miles. the Salesman Richard was on his game. very professional company. Eric who is the manager of the movers could not be more professional and personal.. I have had previous moving horror stories but not with this company. The movers came in my house and respected my home and my belongings. Everything was explained before they began wrapping my furniture and moving it out. The same was for when they came to my new location.. I believe you are only as good as your service and your employees... I cannot express how delighted I was with all the employees, from Richard and Eric to the movers themselves.... Price was as very competitive and worth every penny. Entire company is on point.
