On time very friendly and respectful people work efficiently and take great care of each and everything to be moved would use them again without any doubt. You should also use them for move in near future. They are really trustworthy.

After much searching and searching for a place after I sold my house, and booked Venture Van Lines for the move. They were more than best than I could expect. I am so happy I booked them. The team they send for my move was professional, hardworking and friendly.

Crew was on time, very careful with our boxes and stayed until everything was assembled, unwrapped and set up. I received move in and move out services as well as storage service. Worked quickly and efficiently. Very professional.

Save yourself some stress and use these guys for your move! They answered my numerous questions and accommodated last minute changes. On the day of the move the group of six men came well prepared, they were kind, supportive, and exceptional. They made a stressful day so much easier. I would never work with another company again.

It was a pleasure working with these guys. They were honest with me since the beginning. They quoted a price and we started the move. We paid the exact same price at the end with no hidden charges. No extra fees. They are no doubt the best movers in the town.

Fantastic crew, very professional and very thorough. I had a team of 3 members who came to help me move my home this past weekend and the guys wrapped everything and protected it, disassembled and reassembled all furniture and were very efficient.

The movers were extremely careful and very competent. It was our first time using movers, and I appreciated how they put us at ease. One of the pieces being moved was a futon which had to be disassembled.

So glad I picked this company for my long distance move. They arrived on time. They were all incredibly professional, personable, and took extra care with my belongings. Quote was reasonable, team was friendly and everything went according to my plan.

This has been my first out of state move, from California to Oregon, and VVL did not make it a pleasant experience. Tom Yeager who is the senior relocation specialist for Venture Van Lines, was unresponsive an entire week, prior to my move out from Los Angeles. We called multiple times to confirm that we had the right details, that we were not going to be hit with extra fees, that we could plan accordingly. We did not ever get a call back from him. We were told a day before the move that they were coming, even though we had requested to be alerted with two days notice. But all that pales in comparison to the fact that the estimate they gave us for the move was $1,700. When the actual movers they contracted got to our house, we were told that the actual cost was going to be closer to $5,000 dollars. FIVE THOUSAND. WTF! That was insane. Tom and his associates had not properly estimated the space of our stuff, telling their contracted movers that we had 30 medium boxes when we had told them the size and number of large boxes we had. We were left with no options for recourse and had already paid a substantial deposit. I would never recommend this service. You guys are awful in every category.

Now I'm using their transfer service to keep my stuff safe and safely move my stuff from one place to another. I'm using their controlled temperature room for sensitive objects. I went to one of their rooms at 2 a.m. And I was so warmly welcomed and loved by them, and they hurried for nothing.

They packed and move all my stuff in less than 3 hours and with perfect condition. I definitely would hire them again. You won't be disappointed if you hire them.

Went to multiple companies for a quote. Venture wasn't the cheapest, but they were on the lower end. You get what you pay for. It was a complete bait and switch. After showing up a day late to pick up my stuff, without so much as a call or e-mail, The cost estimate doubled once the guys actually came to pick up my belongings. He said I had "more than they quoted" but couldn't give me a reason why he said that. Just his estimate. I had no choice as I was leaving the next day, so I had to use them. They estimated it would take 3-10 days to deliver my stuff. I have e-mails and texts to prove that. After day 5 I asked for an update. They said "we don't give updates normally, just the original quoted time". After pressing I was told they would be on the 10 day side of the quote. After 9 days I asked for an update again. After some back and forth, I was told 5-7 more days. The driver said he told me it would take 21 days when I signed the contract. I have e-mails that say 3-10. I was NEVER told 21. That is a flat out LIE!!!!! I have now had to cancel two work related trips to wait for this to arrive. Do NOT use this company.

I had a long-distance move and I was concerned about the quality. So I researched a lot of moving companies and Venture Van Lines stood out for having the most number of five-star reviews. The guys were great, professional and so helpful. I will use them again and will recommend it to everyone. They are best movers.

Their pick up and drop off service is the best ever and all of the staff members have all been professional, very helpful and polite. For a senior citizen like me, they are a life saver. They help me in everything and make sure I was happy with the move by calling me for a follow up.

Everything was seamless from the initial contact through to the delivery of our items after being in storage. Everything was returned intact with no damage at all. It was a pleasure working with them. Dealing with these movers was the most pleasurable part of our entire move!

We booked Venture Van Lines because they were able to give us an exact pick up date right from the start rather than other moving companies that were only able to give us returned call. They showed up on time at our new address, did everything for the move just as we want it to be done and that only in pretty reasonable price.

This company were absolutely spectacular. Vince and Jake were incredible. Our complex had some difficult turned and stairs that we were worried about the guys but they were able to navigate around the stairs and hallway with ease without any damage to our furniture. I would suggest Venture Van Lines for anyone making a move. We'll definitely be using them again.

This was absolutely the best moving experience I have ever had. Today was moving day and I was so impressed with the three guys that moved me. Jake, Marlon, and Gary blew me away. They were fast, courteous and careful They had to take apart my platform bed and an extremely heavy desk. And then carefully move them and put them back together.

The company is also eco-friendly using recyclable crates instead of cardboard boxes! Mike made the process really easy. All items were moved to the new location quickly and with no damage. "The guys showed up on time and ready to help us. They were really nice and careful with everything.

They took care in every piece. Wrapped and secured everything with blanket and then wrapped 5 or 6 times over. Workers are very courteous, nice, and they follow directions. They are the best movers in US. Call them for your next move.

Mike was the foreman and he was very professional, nice, and helpful. We moved an entire 2 bathroom apartment from one side of CO to the other in just over 4 hours. Not a scratch on any of my stuff, the old apartment, or the new. They know all the tricks of the trade to keep your stuff safe and to make the move easy. Really recommend them!

Mark hooked me up with a great team, and they were great. They showed up with a big truck so there was no risk we wouldn't fit everything, and no risk they'd have to stack things in ways that could cause damage. I would use and recommend this company!

My team finished sooner than the estimated time and we were able to save $200 on packing. We did a lot of prep which facilitated the time savings. They took apart and reassembled all of the furniture, including two difficult loft beds, without any complaint or difficulty. I would like to work with them again!

On moving day, I received a call that the movers were on their way. They could tell I was on edge and assured me that everything would be just fine and that there would be nothing to worry about. If I were to use one word to describe their service it would be FOCUSED. They were also super careful! Everything was loaded in the truck in two hours and loaded off in less time. The communication was phenomenal with the whole moving team. The team was very helpful and courteous. I received several status updates about my items and was given a time-slot for delivery. The movers delivered all of the things to my new apartment in intact shape. The movers are great. I recommend them to all.

DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS BROKER FOR AN INTERSTATE MOVE. Please pay attention to these reviews. Most of the folks giving 5 stars have only 1 review tied to their Google profile. The ones with more have given proper ratings - notice a trend? We contacted this company with a time sensitive move back in JULY. They assured us that our move from WA to TX would go smooth, and there would be no issues. The service in terms of closing the deal was great, and then it went all downhill from there. The moving company they contracted for us "MD Transportation Group LLC/World Class Moving & Storage" - (please look them up on BBB and you will see several of the same complaints of what I am going through) have been awful and rude. The police actually seized our storage unit that these movers put our belongings in due to reports of that company following fraudulent business practices. The movers wanted Our items have been sitting in a storage unit, in another state, since JULY. In between then I have been working with a Kasey/Casey (the only person who answers the phone when you call the number listed on google and responses have been all over the place. Venture Van Lines contracted this moving company for us and the service was not provided, yet has been horrendous in assisting or wanting to provide a refund for the initial deposit. We have a text message thread from Kasey/Casey in august stating that a refund was being processed, but when asked for a follow up or more proof then told that nothing has been submitted and she was busy with her child. While I understand we are in a pandemic, to rush me off the phone in such way is completely unprofessional when I have been sleeping on air mattresses for TWO MONTHS without our furniture, awaiting a refund of our deposit to come up with funds to get a moving truck and do it on our own. There only seems to be this one person who answers the phone, getting a hold of any manager is impossible. When asked who owns the company the answer given is "I don't know". There have been no attempts to show a processed refund, and much run-around to claim that I should be asking the DOT to go after the mover and they have no implications. They contracted this mover on my behalf, their T&C show " VENTURE VAN LINES LLC WILL ACT ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER IN RESOLVING ANY CLAIMS OR DELAY ISSUES WITH THE CARRIER." yet they are not acting in the slightest way to help us. I feel scammed, not only by the movers themselves but by this company for selling me a peace of mind move and leaving me out to dry with no resolution so far. I will update this review if I get anywhere with them but please stay very far away from Venture Van Lines based on my experiences. Would not recommend them to anyone.

They managed to get 2 deposits out of me before leaving me in the dark. The Friday night before my move at 5pm, someone randomly texted me saying my Saturday 7 am move will now be Sunday. When I called her on the phone, she said my belongings could take up to 10 days to arrive, which shocked me because Michael (who just so happens to have left the company ) told me it would be a same day delivery (Philly to Arlington VA Less than a 3 hour drive). I would HAVE NEVER booked if I knew this but they persuaded me otherwise. I proceeded to cancel as I had a family emergency and could not change the day and try to get my deposit back as I am now out 1000 dollars. I even asked for half back. They have no sympathy for me and won't give me any money back. Should have trusted my gut and listened to the horrible reviews online. They boast about having 5 star ratings but they all must be fake. When I wanted to relocate, I phoned this company, and they were prompt, friendly, and reasonably priced. Their customer service was always outstanding. I'd use them again in a heartbeat and suggest them to anyone who needs to relocate.

this is for the haddonfield location- DO NOT USE. My first mistake was using a broker moving company. They just take your money and then send you off to another moving company. They managed to get 2 deposits out of me before leaving me in the dark. The Friday night before my move at 5pm, someone randomly texted me saying my Saturday 7 am move will now be Sunday. When I called her on the phone, she said my belongings could take up to 10 days to arrive, which shocked me because Michael (who just so happens to have left the company ) told me it would be a same day delivery (Philly to Arlington VA Less than a 3 hour drive). I would HAVE NEVER booked if I knew this but they persuaded me otherwise. I proceeded to cancel as I had a family emergency and could not change the day and try to get my deposit back as I am now out 1000 dollars. I even asked for half back. They have no sympathy for me and won't give me any money back. Should have trusted my gut and listened to the horrible reviews online. They boast about having 5 star ratings but they all must be fake. I hired another company (Forward Moving LLC) in West Chester who delivered my stuff for the same price in one day and they were amazing. Michael just so happens to have left the company and Tom is non understanding of my situation.

FRAUD. TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT USE THEM!!! Entire business model is based on SCAMMING people. They will tell you whatever they need to for you to book but when it comes down to it they only care about the initial payment (They are a broker). After providing a list of items/dimensions they calculated what it would cost (including all fees) and when the movers arrived (3 days late), he had no idea what he was picking up and tried to tack on so many additional fees the price almost doubled on the spot. After many phone calls (no one answers or calls you back) I cancelled the move and Venture Van Lines refuses to provide me a refund. I was warned by others not to use them and I should have listened. THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" IS A JOKE! This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. I highly doubt this company will survive much longer but do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else.

Their customer service before the move is excellent. The team was experienced and did a very good job packing up furniture and other things. Thank you for making this experiences a positive one. They reduce all the stress we had about the move. Truly a gem. Highly recommended.

A firm that responds quickly. The entire crew is kind and helpful. Despite the delivery delay, they maintained that the reimbursement would be sufficient.

They arrived on time. They packed and unpacked the car quickly. They put my bed frame together and all the furniture I needed. There was nothing broken or damaged which arrived. It was also the most affordable of the five moving companies I contacted for quotes. I will suggest it to mates I sure would use it again.

I've moved to California from New York. I was really worried to find a company that would help me in moving, so I landed in the perfect place. The movers and workers were great, they ask me every time if I need to advise something rather than they do anything without permission, so I enjoyed that much. All went smoothly, nothing was damaged or broken. Best moving experience free of stress and reliable.

They were courteous, fast, efficient. I had a couple of special requests to move the heavy items off a steep walkway. Highly recommended would definitely work with this company again!

Personnel arrived on schedule and worked well during the relocation. I appreciate these people's honesty and assistance because packing everything took days.

This company did good work on the move, fast, thoroughly competent, absolutely willing to do the work, and remarkably careful. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs moving service.

This company was awesome with the reservation process and all the planning details and noted all my requests was away prompt and helpful getting back to me with questions. My movers, were both fantastic and excellent. They worked super hard and very efficient! Friendly, very respectful, great communication, preparation and execution on moving day. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Everything went well and according to schedule on the day of my relocation. They were always forthright and honest about any charges that arose, and they did so in advance. The driver was kind and fast in getting him to his location.

Fantastic service! They had even brought an additional mover at no extra charge. All around friendly and quick. I would recommend this company to everybody!!

Great teamwork, and were super strong. When I have a moving job, big or small, they are the first guys I'll call next time, highly recommend this company without any hesitation.
