I had a full house move with full packing. I moved from New York to South Carolina. There was NO white paper wrap on the items in the boxes of his household items. There were items just thrown in the boxes without any concern for his personal processions. There was metal and wood packed together without wrap causing damage to the items. Lampshades with other items to damage the shades. Lampshades should be wrapped and packed alone. The use of wardrobe boxes used for misc items the most costly of the boxes was not in the consumers best interest. Those boxes are intended for hanging clothing items. This by far is one of the most unprofessional moves. Many items damaged and others lost. The packing crew were not trained and had no understanding of how to pack or move. The whole crew was complaining how little they were paid and pushing for tips from the moment they got there. The company did little or nothing to help us out even with pictures of the unprofessional move. Find anyone else.

I repeat DO NOT DO NOT use they services they are horrible full shit RAY is full of shit also . They never called me back like they said to let me know what time they coming had to go find a uhaul at the last min.. Excellent Moving Company. From the beginning where we worked with a Roadway moving company employee through the planning phase and actual move, this company was terrific. They anticipated our questions, gave us tips to help the move and packing go smooth and were extremely responsive. The movers themselves were professional, courteous, flexible and personable. This move was for my 85 yr old parents who were moving from property they have owned for 50 years in Long Island to a retirement home in Charlton. My mom who is not easy to please said "The move could not have gone better"

I would really like to give Bohrens/United FIVE stars! Packers were Excellent in working hard and wrapping things extremely well! Movers on the 'out' and on the 'in' worked hard and fast and did not leave one scratch on the walls or floors. They misplaced some of our garage material while in storage and were very prompt and fair in cutting a reimbursement check. They went beyond our contracted delivery date, and were again very prompt in issuing us a check for $100 for each late day, which worked out great for us, as we were staying with relatives. So why a 3? Why 2 stars down? The salesman, the 40-year veteran, and the relation to the President was a complete idiot!! This moron came to our house on TWO occasions, because we took the first estimate for move only, and the 2nd estimate for packing the remainder of our house after we packed perhaps a third. My sole direction to him was A NOT GREATER THAN PRICE. I WANT TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT MY FINAL CHARGE IS BEFORE WE MOVE. I am pretty sure we pay a higher tariff rate to have that 'price assurance' and there is a contract caveat that they WILL charge more if the actual move is more than their 10% overage allowance And he talks and talks and talks of his 40 years of experience and how his competitors are disingenuous or idiots and this idiot missed the packed box count and the total weight of the move by 25-30% !! FORTY YEARS EXPERIENCE AND A TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT MISS ON THE ESTIMATE!! Within 5 minutes of the Packers pulling up to the house with the paperwork, the lead guy called out this mistake, which was OBVIOUS to him, and at the end of the storage/move we got charged with $2000 additional on top of over $15K that was supposedly a STRAIGHT TALK PRICE ASSURANCE ORDER FOR SERVICE/BILL OF LADING !! So the salesman was a 1-star and I split the difference.

A Budd Moving and Storage truck in Beaverton, Oregon at 11:15 Am on April 26,2021 going East on US 26 and then South on US 217 was consistently following too close and made three lane changes, two without signaling and one by forcing a car with the right of way to yield to him. In short you have an aggressive and irresponsible driver who needs a little driver education. Wallace W. Carey

I moved from Indiana to Naples Florida and had the worse customer service experience with this company. First of all the initial quote, by Frank was $1800 with 2 months of storage. However, that was not the amount that was demanded at the time of the move. The move cost went from $1800 to over $5000 with 2 months of storage. The agreement was to store my stuff for 2 months in Indianapolis then deliver the load to my new home. Unfortunately with only 1 week to leave my sold home I had to agree to the new amount. They had me Shanghaied! At this point I had given United Movers $2900. Well...9 days later I received a call at work stated my stuff was in Naples and they could deliver it that day. I stated that was the agreement. They stated that that was not part of their paperwork. I stated it was on mine. It was also told to me that Frank had "screwed up another order" and that he was no longer employed by United Movers. Then through a series of phone calls "David" stated he would get it stored. Then no other phone call was received to state where my stuff was at. They leave at 5Pm and when I got out of work no one could tell me where my stuff was at This was already a nerve racking day as it was also the day I closed on sold home. It was not until the next day when I called "David" and found out my stuff was in Fort Lauderdale. Again my stuff was Shanghaied! Unfortunately, My job took an extra 3 weeks to complete which I was willing to pay reasonable storage fees. I called United Movers the day I was done with my job and asked for delivery of my stuff. It was stated at that time that they would get back to me to see when a driver was available. 3 weeks later after a few unanswered messages and unable to get through to someone, I received a call about when I would like my stuff. I stated Now", then they hit me with the bill...0VER $4100 which included a "re-delivery fee" - $500, plus $1000 for storage. I talked to the supervisor "Walter" who was basically unwilling to hear me that I didn't want to pay the $500 re-delivery fee, because this was the first time I was arranging a delivery. He kept clicking off the phone as if to Mute me. It was very rude! He basically told me I needed o have cash or a certified check when the delivery occurs. A personal check was perfectly fine on the other 2 occasions that United Movers received funds from me. Either "pay or you don't get your stuff"...Period! Shanghaied Again! I was not given a day or time when My stuff would be delivered. Again "we will call you back"... I asked for them to call me by the end of the day and it is almost 4pm now... I am still waiting. United Movers has very poor telephone customer services, as well as a their employees would greatly benefit in personal interaction training.

Had great experience,the movers were great explained everything and too good care of my aunt's furniture and items. Will definitely recommend this company to my family & friends. Will be using this moving company in the future when if & when decide to move!

These folks moved my guardians crosswise over state lines and they were extremely satisfied with the move. They pressed up the house one day, stacked a truck the following, and were done before dusk. The administrator of the truck showed up a couple of days after the fact a thousand miles away and they did the converse. He carried one of his great men with him and they were absolutely fantastic. Kind and expert men whose mobile phones continued twittering in their pockets while they never strayed from their work!

Amateur moving company. Workers were careless with the things, and obnoxious and rude. We had damaged furniture and things, the movers tossed things around and stacked things in the truck with the goal that they got damaged. Really bad experience with them and I would not prescribe using them.

The crew did a great job moving us. Get these guys for your next move you won't regret it!

I got this company to move my things out of storage and into our flat. Cristin was helpful from the beginning. Our movers Manuel and Rick were extremely proficient, they utilized their skill to move us out of storage and into our flat with no issues. They arrived before the time which gave us more opportunity to unpack. Likewise Rachael checked in with us during the move to check whether there was anything we required. This was the least demanding move I've ever had.

I highly recommend this moving company. I read numerous reviews before selecting movers for my relocation from NJ to DE and was extremely worried by all the awful stories. Working with this company was effortless the best part of the whole move. From the initial step, everybody I worked with was tremendous. Kyle, the specialists who went to the house to set up the appraisal was proficient and inviting. At the point when the general population purchasing my home just about crossed out the arrangement under two weeks preceding shutting and I was all of a sudden not certain if or when I was moving, I worked with Angela and she couldn't have been more useful and strong as my arrangements changed a few times. They could at last oblige my new moving date and everything went pretty much as guaranteed. Larry and alternate movers arrived right on time, they worked rapidly and productively, wrapped everything greatly well and not one thing was harmed or lost. We moved a cruiser, a few expansive TVs, some huge furniture pieces and overwhelming exercise center hardware and they made it look simple. Each move is distressing however I'm so satisfied and appreciative that working with this company really removed my anxiety.

These guys did a bang up job, helped us move with ease, zero damage to property. Five stars!
