Adrian was our driver and they did a wonderful job. We moved to colorado from California. They wrapped our furniture wonderfully and nothing was damaged and the men were very nice to my children on moving day. If i need to move again I will defiantly use acclaimed movers again.

J and D Moving was a horrible experience that I was hoping was over once I filed my claim with CSI Pro insurance. My items were damaged and the driver told me to file a claim (after police arrived to monitor the driver so I could unload my truck). I filed the claim with csi pro in September 2021. On February 4th after being 587 in line I was finally under review. It closed on the 5th and I was told that as of the 4th CSI Pro no longer handled J and D Movers. They would not help at all, even though my move and claim were back in September, and it was not February, they would not cover the claim. I was told to contact J and D Moving, they have no voice mail and nobody ever picks up the phone. Ever. I have called no less than 100 times during this nightmare move and they do not pick up. I need to have someone cover these damages. I was never given a bill of lading. I messaged this organization for out of here only 4 days notice. Aaron answered to me on a Sunday morning and immediately affirmed everything. There were a couple of logistics issues to deal with and he was truly useful and on top of it. The movers were neighborly and proficient. This is really the first occasion when I manage a moving organization that doesn't split something or concocts shock charges. Exceptionally legit movers. Exceedingly prescribed.

Move4Less is the opposite of the company name. They charged me $2820 for 12 hours but their team only worked for 8 hours plus travel time so I am generous to give them 1 hour even if my house is 15 mins away from their office. I called 6 times and each time I call, Jane and Irish have attitude and would only refund me for 2 hours. Also there was a 1 hour downtime bec one of the workers hurt his toe so the 3 workers rested and watched him. They would not even give me a prorated rate.The 2nd job they took same thing. Oh, have I mentioned the damaged furnitures? I do NOT recommend this company. Please don't be a victim like me.

I would rate this organization less in the event that I could! Just got off the telephone with Michael. His supposed protection is not covering ANYTHING that is made of molecule board despite the fact that they lost pieces (bolster pieces, racks, equipment) and one shelf is totally missing (that was really WOOD). They are putting forth me $18 for a wood hornitos rack that is uncommon to discover and an entire $5.40 for a clothing sorter that costs $30 to supplant. He guarantees he is working with his Claims office, however I'm not certain there is any division. He practically instructed me to screw off and good fortunes with having a lawyer checking on the agreement and getting anything. This is the WORST moving knowledge ever!

I would like one's own magnify this moving employment because they gave me free boxes for it. lol. The bunch seemed that they could produce well. I moved from Chula Vista city, California to las Vegas Nevada. They swathed, filled, and adequately took care of my Fish tank which is Glass. They did one proud and were very expert and discreet in setting up my bed which is a temper down cover. Not any of my leather stools were out of kilter. Tory and the other russian men sorry cant remember there names were superb. I'm Faithful and devoted.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. After spending over 3 hours on the phone with a Senior Relocation Specialist confirming my box count and inventory, I was confident in the $5,400 quote that I received to move our two bedroom house from Nashville, TN to Denver, CO. You can imagine my reaction when the driver shows up on our moving day and tells me that my estimate will need to be increased by $2,000!! My husband and I felt like this company had us over a barrel and we were left with no choice but to come up with the extra money. And if that isn't stressful enough we had to chase this company for copies of our inventory paperwork and to schedule our delivery date. I was starting to wonder if our belongings had ever made it to the storage facility in Las Vegas at all. Many frustrated phone calls and different managers later we received our belongings which consisted of crushed boxes and damaged furniture. Even with everything "professionally wrapped" in blankets we submitted 9 claims for damage. With the appalling customer service that we have received throughout this entire process I doubt anything will come of our claims, but the least I can do as a public service is warn others by sharing our experience.

Red Carpet came exceptionally prescribed to me after their contribution with moving a neighborhood philanthropic, Toys for Smiles. They made an incredible showing for them and a considerably more noteworthy occupation for my own home move. Troy and his accomplice were on time, called to convey and attempted to their best capacities to mage this first move in 15 year as smooth as could be expected under the circumstances. They were obnoxious and angry since they arrived. Not caring about our furniture. I had to call in the manager and he sorted them out. Thank you.

I needed to have a back to California. You planet movers moving him back again I will say I'm a little upset of the increase in prices the weight but you did get a very good job wrapping up my stuff hopefully my new beginning in California again will bring me riches.
