I procured this organization for a move from Orange County to Menifee. Since I've had awful encounters and heard more regrettable with other moving organization. I held a 4 man team with 2 trucks. The group was driven by Scott and they were prompt, clean, and congenial.

Was on time worked hard and careful. A few things were broke and they were sorry. Fed them lunch pulled the truck out of the mud and back onto the road and ended up missing a few boxes that held precious things. Not much satisfaction when contacting company.

I would think twice before using this company. All my furniture received damaged and they denied it. They're clever because any damage they caused they annotated as having it before which is an absolute lie. They did not wrap my furniture in paper or any blankets prior to removing it from the apartment they did that downstairs after they caused damaged to it. They broke many things, lost boxes full of very important things. When you try to do a claim with them they deny everything and are a nightmare to work with. Beware when they number boxes some are double numbered to cover themselves in the event a box gets lost. I came across too many of those and I have things that are missing. Please think twice before hiring this company to do your move... especially I feel you're military. You're better off packing and moving your own things. They don't handle anything with care.

Heaps of damage and broken things. Will I document a case? No. Why? Since I am not likely to witness anything positive. A percentage of the things were collectibles and unique southwestern pots. How would you put a quality on these things when there is no reference for the expense in today's business sector. I inquired as to whether they ought to be pressed in a box and was told no. Ha! Too awful for me. The entire experience was a joke from the "coordination" of the move to the landing of two little trucks to move us rather than a van. Try not to squander your time and cash.
