So much damage it's unbelievable. The movers were exhausted and said it was their 3rd move. My leather couch is shredded on both ends. My dining table and Ashley bedroom set has dents, paint from for jams, and scrapes all over it. My bed is badly torn. The movers said they didn't have the proper equipment to move it. Calling the store they just said to email the pics which I did and to contact a hotline to fix my things. The movers said my things were already damaged like that. Never use this company! I'm going to put reviews everywhere and contact BBB. I've used movers several times and NEVER have I had my things destroyed like this!

I would think twice before using this company. All my furniture received damaged and they denied it. They're clever because any damage they caused they annotated as having it before which is an absolute lie. They did not wrap my furniture in paper or any blankets prior to removing it from the apartment they did that downstairs after they caused damaged to it. They broke many things, lost boxes full of very important things. When you try to do a claim with them they deny everything and are a nightmare to work with. Beware when they number boxes some are double numbered to cover themselves in the event a box gets lost. I came across too many of those and I have things that are missing. Please think twice before hiring this company to do your move... especially I feel you're military. You're better off packing and moving your own things. They don't handle anything with care.

Be careful!!! I masterminded a little move with Maverick. Not every one of my things arrived. On the off chance that i could give negative stars, i would. Called 5 weeks before move to set reservations and get costs. Burned through 45 minutes noting inquiries and setting things up. I called 3 weeks before the move to ask two or three inquiries and they had no reservation and had no clue who i was. The exceptionally unknowledgable woman who addressed let me know we'd "need to quite recently begin sans preparation" Forget about it!

Generally speaking, I feel that the movers in this organization were great (my effects were conveyed, wrapped/unbroken), however the workplace staff and business practices of this organization are radically beneath normal. I would totally never utilize this organization again to move.
