Keenan Joe Kaleb moved me. They were very polite young men They introduced their selves, were dressed very nice. They made sure that everything was where I wanted it I tell everyone thy should ask for them. They work very well together. I was very impressed with the three of them. They show hreat respect for senior citizens
I called Josh with Courtesy Movers last minute because my movers canceled on me the day before the move. Courtesy Movers was not only able to Accommodate my last min move, they were on time, very professional and took great care of my furniture! I would recommend Courtesy Movers to everyone! 5 stars all the way!!
Let me start with saying how nice and hard the employees who moved us were. They were on time, polite, and fun to work with. They pointed out two items to us that were damaged on accident, they contacted the owner (Josh) and said he would be in contact with us to fix the issues. We gave the employees a huge cash tip. They did great and earned it. We used Courtesy Movers LLC on June 13th. We had not heard back a couple days later so I called and left a message. A couple days later on June 18th I had not heard back so I texted and sent an email. Eventually about 1.5 weeks later I finally got a hold of Josh and we set up a time for him to come on July 11th. He came and took pictures and said he would research the cost to replace and get back with me. I have not heard from him since his visit on July 11th. I have called and sent a couple of text messages and he has just completely ignored me. We spent over $800 with Courtesy Movers LLC and it's too bad it has to end like this when it could have been easily resolved. I dislike giving negative reviews but I am left with no choice. We have a dented and deeply scratched refrigerator door handle, a handful of broken dresser knobs, and a scratched 16 cube shelving system. The dresser knobs and the refrigerator door handle were shown to us by his employees who admitted fault. Search their company on BBB.
Driver Mike and partner Mark landed on time and conveyed the administration we contracted for. Both of these men went well beyond. They stacked and dumped our belonging with master consideration. In the middle of they halted off at my sister's home to drop off a washer, dryer and allude. At her home they unfastened and moved her current apparatuses and snared the new machines. Both men were obliging and proficient. I would prescribe Courtesy Moving Service to anybody in the Valley that needs a move!

The Motor Carrier Act, passed by Congress in 1935, replace the code of competition. The authorization the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) place was to regulate the trucking industry. Since then the ICC has been long abolished, however, it did quite a lot during its time. Based on the recommendations given by the ICC, Congress enacted the first hours of services regulation in 1938. This limited driving hours of truck and bus drivers. In 1941, the ICC reported that inconsistent weight limitation imposed by the states cause problems to effective interstate truck commerce.
In the United States, shipments larger than about 7,000 kg (15,432 lb) are classified as truckload freight (TL). It is more efficient and affordable for a large shipment to have exclusive use of one larger trailer. This is opposed to having to share space on a smaller Less than Truckload freight carrier.
The public idea of the trucking industry in the United States popular culture has gone through many transformations. However, images of the masculine side of trucking are a common theme throughout time. The 1940's first made truckers popular, with their songs and movies about truck drivers. Then in the 1950's they were depicted as heroes of the road, living a life of freedom on the open road. Trucking culture peaked in the 1970's as they were glorified as modern days cowboys, outlaws, and rebels. Since then the portrayal has come with a more negative connotation as we see in the 1990's. Unfortunately, the depiction of truck drivers went from such a positive depiction to that of troubled serial killers.
Many modern trucks are powered by diesel engines, although small to medium size trucks with gas engines exist in the United States. The European Union rules that vehicles with a gross combination of mass up to 3,500 kg (7,716 lb) are also known as light commercial vehicles. Any vehicles exceeding that weight are known as large goods vehicles.
During the latter part of the 20th century, we saw a decline of the trucking culture. Coinciding with this decline was a decline of the image of truck drivers, as they became negatively stigmatized. As a result of such negativity, it makes sense that truck drivers were frequently portrayed as the "bad guy(s)" in movies.

The year of 1977 marked the release of the infamous Smokey and the Bandit. It went on to be the third highest grossing film that year, following tough competitors like Star Wars and Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Burt Reynolds plays the protagonist, or "The Bandit", who escorts "The Snowman" in order to deliver bootleg beer. Reynolds once stated he envisioned trucking as a "hedonistic joyride entirely devoid from economic reality" Another action film in 1977 also focused on truck drivers, as was the trend it seems. Breaker! Breaker! starring infamous Chuck Norris also focused on truck drivers. They were also displaying movie posters with the catch phrase "... he's got a CB radio and a hundred friends who just might get mad!"
