I recently had to pack up and move from San Francisco to Denver for a new job opportunity. I looked for a moving company on Yelp and found Air1moving. From the first call I had a great experience with these guys. They were fair in their pricing, respectful, and punctual. They made the experience pleasant and easy. I recommend hiring them.

In my opinion this was the worst case of business etiquette someone that a company could do for a client. NL Wilson initially did a very thorough job in estimating the cost and weight to relocate us. The movers were very friendly and took great care of our items. They ensured they were protected and both homes were protected from damage. Now to the truth of the matter. I called two weeks prior confirming the date and pickup as well as the delivery date and time. I felt the truck they might send would be too small based on some of the bulky items we had. They assured us that based on the information from the estimate, the truck would have plenty of space. Concerned, I sold a lot of our larger, bulkier and heavy items to reduce the amount of weight and space. The estimate was for 8000lbs our total was over 10000lbs. Costing us another $800 in moving expenses. The best part of the story is the fact they left a 1/2 room of items. They provided me with no instructions, directions or contact numbers. I tried numerous times to call the office to find a solution. There was no answer and the office close at 5pm. I was forced to rent a Uhaul, load my own items and take them to my new location. One owner called around 10pm stating that they would reimburse me for the hassle, rental etc. When we arrived, they will not unload your items until you are fully paid. I voiced my concerns again and paid the quoted amount, waiting to be reimbursed for the extra hassle which was promised. Three weeks later with numerous email chains and phone calls, they decided they do not want to reimburse me. They look at it as a favor that they hauled more than the estimated amount. Everyone said they would have done the same thing. I felt the manager was disrespectful and showed no apathy. I would advise people to seek other movers and read the fine details they provide. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and would actually suggest avoiding them if at all possible.

Good move. Employed Move Smart as a result of the Channel 15 news story. Ian, the proprietor, turned out and gave an appraisal which at last was near the sum paid. They regarded my military administration by giving and additional man for nothing out of pocket. The move was entangled because of numerous locations and a storage space however it went off easily. The general population gave were all around prepared and diligent employees. The main reason I gave them 4 stars was because of the trouble in corresponding with the front office. This appears to have been determined by the moving company procuring a client administration director. I would exceptionally suggest this moving company and would utilize them once more.

Long separation mover I don't for the most part stand up about anything besides these folks were incredible on my turn to Phoenix, AZ. I have moved a few times in length separation. These folks were on time, quick and conveyed on time without any harms. I have prescribed them to my sister who moved to Lincoln NE. She has prescribed them to some of her class mates.\r We checked the BBB and different markers due to the awful encounters we have gotten in the past from other moving organizations. We employed Mountain Moving to move a fabulous piano that we had obtained. They were proficient consistently, first telephone call to the completed conveyance. It took around 3 hours for them to move the piano (dismantling it, stacking it, transporting it, emptying it, and setting it move down).
