LOVE this moving company! The 3-man team that showed up were quick, proficient, quick, neighborly, and took care of our things with extraordinary consideration. We moved a LOT of stuff (two truck stacks) and NOT ONE THING was harmed. They place everything in the rooms we asked for, in some cases notwithstanding moving them twice, and offered to amass furniture for us. What's more, the cost was incredible, as well. Metcalf helped us on our turn from Plymouth, MN to San Antonio, TX. They took incredible consideration of us and our possessions. Everything was so strangely simple. I have been trying to schedule a delivery of something for several weeks and have yet to talk to a person. I have left several messages on their answering machine with my contact information, but have yet to receive a call back. I also tried emailing the address they give to get "faster updates", but get a returned email message as this email does not actually exist (and no, I did not type it wrong as it is the same address I found on a response they wrote to somebody on the BBB website). I see others have worse experiences once the delivery has been scheduled. I'm currently on the phone with West Elm/Williams Sonoma to get this company removed from their vendor list (you're welcome!). I've seen them respond to these complaints with "we called this person back", etc. but I assume this is a lie because I'm sure they will try to say that they have been trying to work with me and left messages, etc., but this is a lie. I'm really worried about actually getting my product in one piece and having to take time off work to get this delivered. Other people are saying that they damage their products and that they don't stick to delivery windows.
