I had a terrible experience with this company- their point of contact person Steve had terrible customer service when I called frantic with a problem - he raised his voice and talked over me and wouldn't even let me finish speaking when trying to explain what the problem was. He did not accurately quote my moving job and made no efforts to remedy the situation when he was made aware of it early in the day- and at the end of the day when it was abundantly clear they couldn't finish the job, he still only offered a "maybe possibly" solution that he wasn't even sure he could do. We booked the company just under 2 weeks before our move - and was asked to list the things in the house so he could decide who to send - he never told me that its his job to go to houses and quote jobs - he just guessed over the phone- my mistake for trusting he was good at his job. . Every member of his crew (4 men) that was at my house talked extremely negatively about him for the first hour they were at my house angrily beginning the job as they realized that the job was bigger than they expected and continuously used profanity and said they were so mad because this was something that Steve had done to them numerous times recently-(under quote a job because he didb't go see the property) and when they voice their frustration to him, they told me that his reply is "are you making money???" - This company clearly does not respect its employees for them to be so upset that they would so unprofessionally talk profanely about this man for at least an hour -They encouraged me to call and voice my frustration frustration I witnessed them taking video of all of my properly packed belongings and calling Steve and telling him about the very big mistake he had made - When I spoke with Steve later in the day he also told me that the crew had called him earlier to tell him about his error. But later tells me they didn't call him, they called the office so he didn't know right away and its not his job to schedule the trucks- When I voiced my concern that his movers had only moved 1/2 my stuff and it was 415 pm already, that they wouldn't be able to finish the job because they still had to drive to my new house 30 min away and unload what took them 7 hours to load- (they did not finish unloading the truck until almost 9 pm - but Steve tells me still that Warren the crew chief sauid they could have gotten the job done that night still. Which is just ridiculous those guys were moving so slowly at that point - they only moved 20% of the stuff they brought inside the rest they just piled up in our garage. He said that when I booked the job the ONLY day that was available was Saturday June 15, and when I told him about his error in judgement for the truck and crew, he told me the ONLY crew and ONLY truck was given to us. When I spoke with the movers themselves they told me this was not true- and later when speaking with Steve it did come out that he was indeed being dishonest
