They were exceptionally time effective. They new what they were doing. They wasted no opportunity to begin. Friendly and deferential of my assets. Continuously did a reversal and ensured they had everything. They generally twofold checked with me if there was whatever else they could move or do to offer assistance. The evaluated quote was correct extremely precise. Exceptionally satisfied with their administrations. Would utilize them again and prescribe them to my family and companions. They made an upsetting knowledge go decent and smooth.

I have worked with Rose and David on a few moves for my customers, and they have dependably been breathtaking! With regards to moving, there are continually going to be "hiccups", and when these minutes have happened, Great Nation has been there to deal with the client and make it right. I can't say enough in regards to how rapidly they have reacted to late customer needs (e.g. I had a customer that leased a 2000+ square foot house and need to move with 2 days), and my customers have dependably been extremely fulfilled by their administrations. I have suggested them without booking for every one of my customers, and will keep on doing as such later on.

It will be hard to condense my complaint into a few sentences, so here's an abbreviated list: 1. The first day of packing went great, however, the second day was chaos. They arrived 6 hours late to complete the packing and loading, so they brought in extra crews and turned into total chaos. As they were literally driving off, we were still finding items they forgot. 2. We arranged to store our items for 2 weeks before delivery, and they promised us two things - 1) our items would not be unloaded at the warehouse and then re-loaded; 2) that our furniture would be delivered on a specific day. They did not keep either promise. 3. As our delivery date approached, we received no communication from Great Nation. We had to keep calling to find out if the delivery was going to be on schedule. Finally, we were told the delivery was going to be delayed. Again, we received no updates from Great Nation; we had to keep calling and texting to find out what was going on. Finally, we received a call that the trucks would be late because "one had a flat tire and the other had an oil leak". I do not believe that for a second. 4. The furniture finally arrived four days late. One piece of furniture was completely destroyed at the warehouse where it was being stored, and several other items were missing. The inventory list they gave me was almost completely illegible, and it's impossible to identify specific item numbers for the missing items. Aside from the chaos, lies, broken and missing items, probably the biggest complaint was the lack of communication and excuses. When David came to the house to give us the estimate, he promised the moon. Unfortunately, we believed him. We will never use this company again, and will tell everyone we know that needs a move to do themselves a favor and not use Great Nation. We could not be more displeased with the service we received.

Brilliant experience. It went far better than expected. The way they packed and shrink wrapped our stuffs and moved on to the truck, they looked like master of moving. This was my second moving experience. The workers of previous company cracked my furniture in such way that those were not for any use. Great Nation Moving was attentive to its client's assets as if my stuffs were theirs. Their delivery persons were similarly qualified. I will certainly use them again.

Great Nation Moving (G.N.) lured me with a low price, guaranteed it would not change, loaded my belongings and sent me an invoice that was 25% higher. I used G.N. for a move from Maryland to Texas. G.N. unilaterally decided to change their price while my belonging are en-route. They made demands of additional money effectively holding my belongings hostage. They claimed the inventory changed which is untrue. David made a face to face visit to my apt for an estimate. We reviewed the inventory sheet, line by line, with him and the staff. I uploaded a Youtube video that was viewed by David, Scott (salesman) and the logistics staff. They confirmed they looked at my inventory in detail and they are confident that we have an accurate estimate. They guaranteed my price was fixed via 2 text messages and an email. I showed David proof that he guaranteed my price. He doesn't want to hear it. Either I pay the extra money or I won't get my belongings. This bait & switch tactic is harmful to consumers and should not be allowed. It is criminal if you ask me. I paid for one stop at an alternate location for items to be dropped off. David decided he wouldn't do it because his staff improperly tagged my furniture and there isn't an easy way to effectively make the drop off work. This means I have to hire another company to finish G.N.'s incomplete work. G.N. walked away from part of the work order; it will cost me $1,500 to hire another vendor to fix G.N.'s failure to perform. Lastly, the crew who picked up my items in Maryland were unprofessional. Their truck blocked my neighbor who asked for it to be moved so they could back their vehicle out. One of the crew members told my neighbor that he wasn't going to move the truck until they were done packing and loading. It could have been another 5 hrs before they were done. I found myself in the middle of a confrontation between my neighbor and the G.N. crew. I was friendly with that neighbor until this happens. The family gave me a dirty look as I was leaving the property. G.N. should have moved their truck so my neighbor can leave. It would have taken 30 seconds. I don't understand why the G.N. crew need to be jerks. Be weary of the unprofessional crew. Don't fall for David's dirty tricks. Don't fall for David's bait and switch scam. Don't deal with this crooked company. Period. Full stop.

They can do pretty much anything you need; assemble & disassemble, fix furniture if needed, etc. Unlike other companies I have dealt in the past that change the price upon arrival, these guys are upfront, honest & hard working.

Wrapped up everything, broke down beds and mounts and put back together the beds perfectly. These guys are the absolute best. I had a ridiculously awkward and heavy treadmill that I needed moved and once I finally decided to hire it out the process was so smooth. We are so happy we chose them they were affordable and the move was seamless. All the furniture was packed and wrapped accordingly we just finished arranging furniture and all our pieces were intact. The movers were nice and efficient we searched through multiple companies and several mentioned movers who were milking the clock so we were happy to see them being fast but also very thorough! They even moved my super heavy industrial sewing machine and full size washers with no issues. Made our life easier.
