These guys were awesome. They were the only company who would accommodate a 7 am arrival and they were prompt! They were very kind, polite and hesitant to give me anything even if I could handle it, but they were extremely grateful that I was helping them with the small items. I would love to recommend them to everyone and will surely work with them again!

They literally took the stress off me. Did an amazing job, friendly, professional and totally reliable. They were careful when wrapping fragile items and took the time to ask me about my wedding dress and box of wine, which I chose to transport separately in my car. Highly recommend.

First I want to start by saying this guys are THE BEST !!! Talked to Tom to get a quote , customer service the best you can get , followed up with me every couple of days very professional in all of the conversations we had. When the team arrived they were 15 minutes early, which of course is good thing , they wrapped all my furniture with moving pads , took care of my belongings like it was theirs ...Let me tell you this guys are the best , also now additional charges for packing materials ...ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!

Great Company. Arrived on time and finished earlier than the initial estimate. Alfredo (our driver) was incredibly careful with all of our fragile artwork and the other two movers were very helpful. Would use again.

Excalibur is truly in a league of their own. Having several experiences in the past with moving companies that just gave me a headache I was a little apprehensive about choosing the right company. Excalibur met all my expectations and exceeded. Professional, great customer service and handled my move with care. I can't rave enough! Not too bad up til now! I am extremely astounded by the negative surveys as our experience has been totally inverse. The administration has been great since my spouse initially chatted with their telephone rep. Summer... She orchestrated everything once we settled on utilizing them. We had our unit conveyed by the Fremont area inside of a few days..Don't recall the honorable man's name however he was exceptionally useful and considerate and kept us educated as when he would touch base with our void unit. At that point yesterday our full unit was gotten by Nick and Joe who were just as gracious and expert with taking care of 6500 pounds of stuff. They took care of that unit such as it was our child! I am sure that everything will remain focused with the five star rating when our turn is finished in San Diego. If not I will upgrade my survey but rather so far I would exceedingly prescribe!!! Awesome occupation 1800 Pack Rat............. P.S. We are going to utilize their storeroom until we purchase our next home and the rate for that is superb and far less expensive and less demanding than moving stuff into a capacity locker).

Rude driver, almost caused me to have a head on collision

Pure night mare and an expensive one. You set up a date and time and expect them to arrive on time and can write items removed on inventory sheet...wrong! ... you're asked to do it. Your items are ready to be loaded and now they explain that chairs, couches, cabinets with or without glass needs box coverage so they don't break. Shrink wrap and moving blankets. Understandable, however twelve rolls of tape and five boxes (3 large and 2 small), totaling $250 for material fee. I told them I was not aware of this type of expense. Guess what(?), in speaking with them this how the packers get paid. The more product used the more money they made. These packets are the extras on the moving truck. The movers did not use hand trucks nor the truck lift to load my furniture in fact one mover dropped my sectional couch, he quickly told me don't worry you got insurance. Well here's a life lesson for those that want too use this company. Don't !! They charge you a storage fee $350, because your house didn't close and they're loosing business by storing your furniture. Then when you're ready to receive your goods it's gonna be a couple of weeks because they need to fill the truck. So when your goods get delivered half is inside the truck at the back, because they picked up another load prior to reaching you. Then you watch them struggle to remove front loaded furniture, before they can unload your goods. Then here comes the surprise your furniture is damaged, scratched, broken, dented or in pieces. So you call the moving company manager and he tells you not to worry your covered by insurance. But you were never told it's 60 cents a pound. Well I was charged for being overweight, however, they loaded another customer furniture on the truck with my furniture and charged me. Wonder if they were charged? Well they offered me a little settlement $204. No thanks. I called and requested the number for the arbitration from claims to find out they were not represented. And then I knew....... I was in for a fight all because they were not affiliated with any company that offered a customer their legal rights. If you.find yourself in a situation like this.... fight and call. DOT (Department of Transportation). They fine companies who don't affiliate themselves with an Arbitration Agency. You

I hired Suburban Solutions to do my move two years ago in 2016, from a one bedroom apartment, into one bedroom, of a group home. The majority of my belongings for that move, were moved into a storage unit, except the items needed for my one bedroom. Because of this move, all of my belongings were in their online filing system. Fast forward to July 2018, and because I was happy with their customer service, as well as the service that I received previously, I hired Suburban Solutions again, to assist with my move from the exact same one bedroom in a group house that they helped me move into in July 2016, into a new one bedroom apartment. In arranging my move, I was assured that they have my belongings in their system from my move two years ago, and that they can handle my move. I am quoted a 'Low End Moving Estimate' of $525, and a 'High End Moving Estimate' of $650. This was the lowest quote that I received, in comparison to other companies I contacted, which assisted in my decision to hire them again. The move is arranged to pick up my belongings at my storage unit on Friday, July 27th, store them in their truck over night, then complete the move out of my one bedroom in the group home, the following day on the 28th. From there, the move would continue to drop off everything at my new one bedroom apartment. The movers that were supplied to me, were VERY rude. For instance, one mover (His name is Eddie) raised his voice, and yelled at my mother. During another point in time, I caught that same mover (Eddie), going through my belongings in a drawer, as he was emptying it out into a box WITHOUT my permission. Also, once I declined their insurance (My Renter's Insurance covered a move), Eddie intentionally was tossing my dresser drawers around as he wrapped them, scratching my dresser. When confronted, he responded that this was OK, because I denied his insurance coverage. When this disaster of a move was finally over, the mover told us that we owed $780, despite the fact that our 'High End Moving Estimate' was $650, a whopping 20%, $130 more than my original quote. I contacted Suburban Solutions (Brian, the Manager) about this issue, and I was told that they'd "take care of it" because they "pride themselves on Customer Service", and to be on the lookout for a mailing to the address on the check. After going a week without receiving anything, I contacted them again. Again, they said that something would be sent. Several days later, I received a scratched out, one sentence written apology from Eddie, without any kind of reimbursement. Not finding this to be sufficient, I again reached out via email. I was called and was again apologized to, given the same speech about how important Customer Service was to them and was told that they'd make this up to me, and that something would again be sent. This phone call was the last I heard from Suburban Solutions.

Estimated pick up was 2 hours but they showed up after 4 hours (2 hours past the estimated time range) then refused any partial refund due to this inconvenience. The delay in pick up caused a huge delay to my move. Very unhappy with Eric and Melanie.

Do not use this company they are dishonest and overcharge for their services. I hired this company in August 2020 to move me out of my home after my divorce and they quoted me an estimate of $2,100, that includes 5hrs of moving by 3 men. Anything above that is $175/hour. I asked about what I should expect in term of hours. They told me 5 hrs should do it. What they don't tell you is that they make up how many hours it takes to load your items and transportation costs. By the time they actually get to your house, they have used up 4hrs. Then they make up charges and I ended up paying $4,500. How does $2,100 end up being $4,500? They saw me as a single woman and they took advantage of me and my situation. DON'T EVER USE THEM. THEY OVERCHARGE AND ARE DISHONEST!

Very hard to get a hold of. Customer service line is non-existent and never call back when you leave a message. Lost one of my items and made no attempt to locate it or compensate me.
