So you call the moving company manager and he tells you not to worry your covered by insurance. But you were never told it's 60 cents a pound. Well I was charged for being overweight, however, they loaded another customer furniture on the truck with my furniture and charged me. Wonder if they were charged?

Well they offered me a little settlement $204. No thanks. I called and requested the number for the arbitration from claims to find out they were not represented. And then I knew....... I was in for a fight all
because they were not affiliated with any company that offered a customer their legal rights.
