They moved everything very quickly and the whole process was pretty painless.
I'd recommend them for your next move. Thank you so much!!!

The guys were really nice and did their jobs well. They were thorough and treated everything with great care. They wrapped all the furniture nicely and they were super careful with our kitchen stuff and we felt like everything was taken care of.

Omg thank you so much. The pricing is excellent. And they are quick! They helped me finish packing and cleared and packed one bedroom in less than an hour!I won't even consider another company in the future.Lifetime customer! Thanks!

Thank you for making it a great success even far beyond what I had thought. The relocation was carried out so smoothly and all that I had imagined of worked according to plans. I had not expected that level of swiftness from them. I watched every move they made and I was amazed. I had never imagined it to be so easy.

These guys are awesome.. Moved my 2 bedroom apt which is 20 miles away in less than 4 hours.. Of course we pre-packaged all stuff into cardboards before they arrive. They wrapped all sofas, mattresses, glass tables very well. Overall very satisfied with the move.

A friend of mine needed to move out of his place since he was done with school and we were on a hunt for movers. After doing a little research, we came across this company and we noticed how great the reviews were so we decided to call them up. The person on the phone gave us a quick quote. Once we heard that we were convinced and decided to use this company. What was really noticeable is there attention to detail and how careful they are. Everything was packed very carefully and transported to their truck with care, ensuring that all valuables were safe. I can see why others enjoy using Unified Van Lines because they are all about their customer service and ensuring that the customer ends up happy at the end of the day. Overall, I would recommend using Unified Van Lines since they are affordable, quick, and are really careful. They take the pain out of moving for anyone whether it be small apartments in the second story or houses in hard areas.

Initially when I was moving I was considering going with a corporate moving company to move all of my stuff to my new house in LA. But, then as I did more research I found out that they had most corporate companies had a notorious reputation for the inconsistency within the service; at best they would lose your stuff and call you up the next day or at worst there would be damage to your items after the work was done. However, my fortunes changed and I soon discovered this local small business. When choosing who i give my business, I typically go with corporate, but in this case I was particularly worried if I went corporate, so considered trying out Unified Van Lines, Still undecided after being recommended to this company by a friend, I called to confirm their good reputation for myself. It turns they were really nice, professional, and gave me a discount on top of matching a local competitor. And they were quick to follow up and despite being really busy arranged for a moving within the next day. Ain't that a rarity now?
Great customer service followed by awesome service is uncommon these days! I definitely recommend this for anyone who needs a reliable moving or self storage service.

When I spoke to a representative over the phone, the customer service experience was amazing! They were helpful with informing me with their different rates and able to work with my budget (especially since I had just graduated from college). We set up a date and time that was convenient for me. The movers were also punctual, which to me, displays professionalism and appreciation to customers.
felt confident in being able to trust my personal belongings to this company. I have had past experiences where other companies do not even want to unload boxes into my new home without the additional fee. The Unified Van Lines crew knew exactly how to pack and load as well as unload without me having to nag them. I highly recommend using Unified Van Lines.

It was an exciting relocation experience for me and I thank Unified Van Lines for that. It was awesome and I obtained the most out of that single relocation experience. The people we interacted with in the company were all very friendly and willing to help. I liked the way they handled our furniture with great care. Everything happened just the way I wanted them. Unified Van Lines is highly recommendable.

I haven't had the best of experiences with moving companies. So, for my last move, I wasn't going to hire any inefficient moving company. I did my research thoroughly and everything just pointed towards Unified Van Lines. I called them and got a quote within 30 minutes. On the moving day, four movers arrived right on time with all their equipment. They packed all my belongings carefully into boxes and then loaded onto the trucks. It was such an organized process that it took almost no time. When the delivery was made, nothing was broken or lost. It was by far the easiest and most cost effective relocation of mine. They were lightning fast, highly skilled and experienced and willing to deliver the best service I could ever hope for. The guys were helpful, responsive, attentive, accommodating and very innovative. I was delighted to receive all my belongings in great condition. To be honest, I can only compliment this company from start to finish. Much kudos Gentlemen for the great work.

QuestionWith the partial deregulation of the trucking industry in 1980 by the Motor Carrier Act, trucking companies increased. The workforce wasdrasticallyde-unionized. As a result, drivers received a lower payoverall.Losing its spotlight in the popular culture, trucking had become less intimate as some unspoken competition broke out. However, the deregulation only increased the competition and productivity with the trucking industry as a whole. This was beneficial to the America consumer by reducing costs. In 1982 the Surface TransportationAssistanceAct established a federalminimumtruck weight limits. Thus, trucks were finally standardized truck size and weight limits across the country. This was also put in to place so that across country traffic on the Interstate Highways resolved the issue of the 'barrier states'.

QuestionDuring the latter part of the 20th century, we saw a decline of the trucking culture.Coinciding with this decline was a decline of the image of truck drivers, as they becamenegativelystigmatized. As a result of such negativity, it makes sense that truck drivers werefrequentlyportrayed as the "bad guy(s)" in movies.

QuestionThe Department of Transportation (DOT) is the most common government agency thatis devotedto transportation in the United States. The DOT is the largest United States agency with the sole purpose of overseeing interstate travel. The U.S., Canadian provinces, and many other local agencies have a similar organization in place. This way they can provide enforcement through DOT officers within their respective jurisdictions.

Question

As the American Interstate Highway System began to expand in the 1950's, the trucking industry began to take over a large market share. That is, a large share of the transportation of goods throughout the country. Before this era, trains hadbeen reliedon to transport the bulk of the goods cross country or state to state. The Interstate Highway System was influential as it allows for merchandise to travel door to door with ease.Since then, truckload carriers have taken advantage of the interstate system, especially when performing a long distance move.Typically, they bring the merchandise from one distribution center of the country to another part of the country. The increase in truckload freight transportation has reduced the time it takes to transport the goods.Whether the freightwas manufacturedor produced for the different areasinternationally, the time it takes to transport goods has decreased dramatically.

QuestionUltra light trucks are very easy to spot or acknowledge if you are paying attention. They are often producedvariouslysuch as golf cars, for instance, it has internal combustion or a battery electric drive. They usually for off-highway use on estates, golf courses, parks, in stores, or even someone in an electric wheelchair.Whileclearlynot suitable for highway usage, some variations maybe licensedas slow speed vehicles. The catch is that they may on operate on streets, usually a body variation of a neighborhood electric vehicle. A few manufacturers produce specialized chassis for this type of vehicle. Meanwhile, Zap Motors markets a version of thexebraelectric tricycle. Which, believe it or not, is able toattaina general license in the United States as a motorcycle.
