Landed on time in another clean 26' truck and these folks buckled down for 14 hours in a row! Moved everything including 400lb sheltered, piano and pool table. I exceptionally suggest this organization as I probably am aware there are a considerable measure of terrible ones out there and moving is an overwhelming background in the first place yet abandon it to these folks and you will be set..

I very seldom take the time to sit down and write a review. However, When I have a great experience or a really bad or costly experience, I feel obligated to let other consumers know about it. We had sold our 6000 SF home and purchased another home in an attempt to downsize. The smaller home was slated for an extensive remodel; therefore, we would need to store all of our worldly possessions. Being from Nashville, I interviewed several moving companies. I discussed in detail all important concerns while I conducted a walk thru so the potential movers could see the items of concern. We have traveled all over the world collecting "one of a kind" furnishings, art and collectibles ie antique silver service items, rare silver flatware, ext. We also have moved house many times in the past. We have worked with some very impressive moving companies which maintain extremely high standards and reputations in the industry. So, I certainly understand the huge degree of time and money that is involved when orchestrating the preparation, transporting and storage with this kind of inventory. Unfortunately, The problems began to occur when Arrow Moving and Company did not grasp this same insight or philosophy.

Made a great showing. They were truly amicable and touched base at 9:15... we were told somewhere around 9 and 10am. They should have 3 folks yet the third didn't appear, so they dropped the rate. The main reason I gave them 4 stars is they exited the jolts for our bed outline at the past house with the goal that still has not been assembled back. Be that as it may, both my spouse's companion and mine would utilize them later on.

I think I got an email reaction inside of five minutes of each email I sent. The movers showed up immediately (15 minutes early), worked productively and proficiently and were by and large awesome and amazingly accommodating. They were done early so they offered us some assistance with moving heaps of other easily overlooked details and that was well beyond what would have been acceptable anyway. We are so happy we found this company!

After walking through and advising what not to pack up, they ended up unplugging and packing my internet and router which I still needed to do work. I found out right before they left but was told it was under the other boxes and the earliest they could bring it back was Friday by 10 AM. I was told this approx 8 PM on Wed. I explained how important it was that I have that equipment. I even told them I wouldn't write anything negative on the paperwork, mostly because they could read it and then break my things if they wanted. 10AM Friday passed and when I called their office I was advised they wouldn't be in my area so they couldn't bring my equipment. I again advised this lady the importance and that I needed to get work done before leaving the country on my deployment. I contacted my local Army office to get assistance and Howard Ball didn't for them information until about 2PM. I was advised I would have to go to their office for the seal to be broken to get my things. It's about an hour drive from me! I won't even get into the other stuff. Yes, I called and went off on their desk person and when she tried to talk over me it just made me more angry. Try are liars and do not know the first thing about customer service. I do NOT recommend.

Best moving folks ever. 2 folks stacked our 2 BR place in around 2.5 hours. They were proficient, obliging and like one of our companions, not a representative! Exceptionally prescribed to anybody in the territory who needs movers!

What a hidden gem! I cold-called a bunch of moving companies, and Cardinal was available on fairly short notice for a very reasonable rate. Brent and Stephen were wonderful - professional, communicative, courteous, efficient. Moving is often a chaotic situation in itself, but after they had done everything I requested of them, they continued to ask, "What else can I do for you?"

They were incredible. I didn't have a great deal to move yet was truly worried around a couch bed. The movers I had when I moved in let me know they couldn't fit it through the entryway however I demanded they continue attempting.
