I used this company in May 2021 to move from lexington ky to Richmond ky the words experience ever.The movers broke the fence from the property I was moving from and will not take responsibility for it.jack called my 15 year old dog stupid.I have complained to the corporate office no one is willing to take responsibility for what was broken or how I was treated nor will they offer any type of compensation. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY .I have relocated all over the world being military connected and I can truly say this was my first bad experience with a moving company.

These folks are magnificent. They touched base on time, worked staggeringly quick, took no breaks (despite the fact that I demanded), and offered no grumblings. I even needed to make a very late conformity the night prior to the move to request 3 men rather than 2, and they had no issues. Would contract them again later on. Best moving company in the region!

To begin the experience they were late to the move. Apparently it was not appropriately communicated the start time that I had requested. The moving of property from one site to the next went fairly well. When they moved in the washer the movers tore up the kitchen and washroom flooring. They insisted that the company would take care of it. When I contacted the company I was initially told that these things happen and that it would be taken care of in 4-5 weeks. That time came and went and I didn't hear anything back from them. I attempted to reach them via email and still didn't receive a response so I decided to call them. It was during this call that I was informed that in fact they would not be fixing this and that they were held to no requirements to fix it. When I explained that those I spoke to prior had told me this was covered the manager said that they were not able to speak for the company therefore anything they told me pretty much didn't matter. We paid hundreds of dollars just to be given the run around.

What a great affair and group of movers. They were so well mannered, accommodating, and cautious. There was salt on our walkways and carport from the late snow, and these men of their word strived to keep our floors spotless and free of everything. They even went well beyond and abstained from going around through our yard to our walkout cellar with an unfathomably overwhelming bit of furniture- - which would have been less demanding on them, yet they rather went down our tight staircase and didn't knock a thing! This was the way kind they were: they would not like to experience our yard and track all the wet snow into our completed storm cellar, so they picked the harder course since it was better for our gang. Simply every stride was well beyond. I am 5 months pregnant and they made me feel so casual about the move.
