This is my second move utilizing Aardvark and I need to say both Seth and Eddie who moved me buckled down and quick. In the warmth of the mid year moving me from a third floor condo and making 3 different stops they truly just enjoyed one 5 minute water reprieve. In the event that you require an awesome moving organization these folks were incredible!!

Had 3 people to assist with recent move and 1 seriously couldn't keep up. I'm double their age and had to assist with move to complete in a timely matter given 2 were not in shape to be doing this job. Itemed were dropped during move, which luckily were not breakable. Boxes marked as fragile had heavy boxes stacked on them. Didn't follow Covid-19 guidelines during move as website stated would be followed with none of the movers wearing masks. Had used previously in 2020 without complaints, but have told multiple people to steer clear when they have inquired about movers to use. To top it off, they damaged all my furniture that I paid to put in their storage when paying top dollar to have it protected with reimbursement that won't even buy me a new chair for the table and chairs they damaged. They deny that the items were damaged in their care when this was the first time they were moved since purchased. Horrible customer service, horrible business that will not stand by their services or agreements.

The main issue we had with the move was that the group by one means or another missed a jolt that held my father's bed together. When he was putting the sheets on it, it wasn't steady. In checking things our, a jolt was lost from the cross bars under the sleeping cushion. Since he didn't discover the jolt anyplace in the flat or back in his apartment suite, he and my sibling needed to discover another jolt in his accumulation of miscellaneous items and take the sleeping cushion and box spring off and set the casing up once more. This was the main issue we had. Something else, everything went easily, aside from a short hold up while the group dropped one fellow off at your office so another could assume control for him as he moved to an alternate task.

We have moved twice in the last two years, the first move we used 2 men and a truck and they were horrible. They moved is 3 days after our scheduled date and were careless with our things, oh and expensive. This last move we used Brockstar and they were amazing. There were prompt, fast and very careful of our belongings and with both the apartment we moved out of and the condo we moved into. They were fantastic and even helped us move a couple of thing around at the new place that would have been difficult or impossible for us to do on our own. Their price was way more reasonable and I highly recommend them. If you have to move, Call Brockstar Moving!

Additional consideration was tackled our part to safeguard nothing got damaged...something these folks do too. I would like one's own magnify this moving employment because they gave me free boxes for it. lol. The bunch seemed that they could produce well. I moved from Chula Vista city, California to las Vegas Nevada. They swathed, filled, and adequately took care of my Fish tank which is Glass. They did one proud and were very expert and discreet in setting up my bed which is a temper down cover. Not any of my leather stools were out of kilter. Tory and the other russian men sorry cant remember there names were superb. I'm Faithful and devoted.

Good move. Employed Move Smart as a result of the Channel 15 news story. Ian, the proprietor, turned out and gave an appraisal which at last was near the sum paid. They regarded my military administration by giving and additional man for nothing out of pocket. The move was entangled because of numerous locations and a storage space however it went off easily. The general population gave were all around prepared and diligent employees. The main reason I gave them 4 stars was because of the trouble in corresponding with the front office. This is our third move with Liberty in under 3 years. They are constantly proficient all the way. Their movers are polite and exhaustive. We have an expansive armoire which couldn't fit through the room entryway. They dismantled and reassembled it with no issue I very prescribe Liberty to any individual who might be moving. Camille P
