This is my second move utilizing Aardvark and I need to say both Seth and Eddie who moved me buckled down and quick. In the warmth of the mid year moving me from a third floor condo and making 3 different stops they truly just enjoyed one 5 minute water reprieve. In the event that you require an awesome moving organization these folks were incredible!!

The main issue we had with the move was that the group by one means or another missed a jolt that held my father's bed together. When he was putting the sheets on it, it wasn't steady. In checking things our, a jolt was lost from the cross bars under the sleeping cushion. Since he didn't discover the jolt anyplace in the flat or back in his apartment suite, he and my sibling needed to discover another jolt in his accumulation of miscellaneous items and take the sleeping cushion and box spring off and set the casing up once more. This was the main issue we had. Something else, everything went easily, aside from a short hold up while the group dropped one fellow off at your office so another could assume control for him as he moved to an alternate task.

So much damage it's unbelievable. The movers were exhausted and said it was their 3rd move. My leather couch is shredded on both ends. My dining table and Ashley bedroom set has dents, paint from for jams, and scrapes all over it. My bed is badly torn. The movers said they didn't have the proper equipment to move it. Calling the store they just said to email the pics which I did and to contact a hotline to fix my things. The movers said my things were already damaged like that. Never use this company! I'm going to put reviews everywhere and contact BBB. I've used movers several times and NEVER have I had my things destroyed like this!

Move from Hell. Did not covid test as promised. Did not deliver as promised. Furniture and boxes damages. Items missing. Would not use this mover or reccomend him . Tried to increase bill for more than quoted.read fine print Charged 15% surcharge for gas and insurance for a 2 block move. Plus added 2 hours for travel time.BEWARE OF THIS MOVER.check with police for record of complaints

Additional consideration was tackled our part to safeguard nothing got damaged...something these folks do too. Be careful!!! I masterminded a little move with Maverick. Not every one of my things arrived. I recorded a police report in the wake of endeavoring - unsuccessfully, quietly, and pleasantly - to motivate Maverick to handle this issue by means of email or mail, with their protection. The proprietor wouldn't do anything aside from trade instant messages, attempting to keep it 'informal'. What sort of authentic business does that? They won't answer my messages or my telephone calls. Extremely amateurish. You will attempt another organization in case you're keen. Spare yourself the anguish. What's more, coincidentally, on the off chance that you see positive audits, screen out the ones with the last names "Phillips" and 'Marciano', they're identified with the proprietors (and they've presumably had others submit 'false surveys' also, in the event that they've done that). Hard working-family company. Came out and gave me estimate, then 5 days later moved my belongings from townhouse to a house 30 min away. Quote was exactly right on time needed, and rate was very reasonable. Very happy with the move and would use them again.
