I used this company in May 2021 to move from lexington ky to Richmond ky the words experience ever.The movers broke the fence from the property I was moving from and will not take responsibility for it.jack called my 15 year old dog stupid.I have complained to the corporate office no one is willing to take responsibility for what was broken or how I was treated nor will they offer any type of compensation. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY .I have relocated all over the world being military connected and I can truly say this was my first bad experience with a moving company.

Made a great showing. They were truly amicable and touched base at 9:15... we were told somewhere around 9 and 10am. They should have 3 folks yet the third didn't appear, so they dropped the rate. I very seldom take the time to sit down and write a review. However, When I have a great experience or a really bad or costly experience, I feel obligated to let other consumers know about it. We had sold our 6000 SF home and purchased another home in an attempt to downsize. The smaller home was slated for an extensive remodel; therefore, we would need to store all of our worldly possessions. Being from Nashville, I interviewed several moving companies. I discussed in detail all important concerns while I conducted a walk thru so the potential movers could see the items of concern. We have traveled all over the world collecting "one of a kind" furnishings, art and collectibles ie antique silver service items, rare silver flatware, ext. We also have moved house many times in the past. We have worked with some very impressive moving companies which maintain extremely high standards and reputations in the industry. So, I certainly understand the huge degree of time and money that is involved when orchestrating the preparation, transporting and storage with this kind of inventory. Unfortunately, The problems began to occur when Arrow Moving and Company did not grasp this same insight or philosophy.
