In my opinion this was the worst case of business etiquette someone that a company could do for a client. NL Wilson initially did a very thorough job in estimating the cost and weight to relocate us. The movers were very friendly and took great care of our items. They ensured they were protected and both homes were protected from damage. Now to the truth of the matter. I called two weeks prior confirming the date and pickup as well as the delivery date and time. I felt the truck they might send would be too small based on some of the bulky items we had. They assured us that based on the information from the estimate, the truck would have plenty of space. Concerned, I sold a lot of our larger, bulkier and heavy items to reduce the amount of weight and space. The estimate was for 8000lbs our total was over 10000lbs. Costing us another $800 in moving expenses. The best part of the story is the fact they left a 1/2 room of items. They provided me with no instructions, directions or contact numbers. I tried numerous times to call the office to find a solution. There was no answer and the office close at 5pm. I was forced to rent a Uhaul, load my own items and take them to my new location. One owner called around 10pm stating that they would reimburse me for the hassle, rental etc. When we arrived, they will not unload your items until you are fully paid. I voiced my concerns again and paid the quoted amount, waiting to be reimbursed for the extra hassle which was promised. Three weeks later with numerous email chains and phone calls, they decided they do not want to reimburse me. They look at it as a favor that they hauled more than the estimated amount. Everyone said they would have done the same thing. I felt the manager was disrespectful and showed no apathy. I would advise people to seek other movers and read the fine details they provide. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and would actually suggest avoiding them if at all possible.

Had 3 people to assist with recent move and 1 seriously couldn't keep up. I'm double their age and had to assist with move to complete in a timely matter given 2 were not in shape to be doing this job. Itemed were dropped during move, which luckily were not breakable. Boxes marked as fragile had heavy boxes stacked on them. Didn't follow Covid-19 guidelines during move as website stated would be followed with none of the movers wearing masks. Had used previously in 2020 without complaints, but have told multiple people to steer clear when they have inquired about movers to use. To top it off, they damaged all my furniture that I paid to put in their storage when paying top dollar to have it protected with reimbursement that won't even buy me a new chair for the table and chairs they damaged. They deny that the items were damaged in their care when this was the first time they were moved since purchased. Horrible customer service, horrible business that will not stand by their services or agreements.

Astro movers is amazing!!! Punctual and hard working!!! They helped move me up 3 flights of stairs with no complaints. :)

This is my second move utilizing Aardvark and I need to say both Seth and Eddie who moved me buckled down and quick. In the warmth of the mid year moving me from a third floor condo and making 3 different stops they truly just enjoyed one 5 minute water reprieve. If I could give this company negative stars I would. After spending over 3 hours on the phone with a Senior Relocation Specialist confirming my box count and inventory, I was confident in the $5,400 quote that I received to move our two bedroom house from Nashville, TN to Denver, CO. You can imagine my reaction when the driver shows up on our moving day and tells me that my estimate will need to be increased by $2,000!! My husband and I felt like this company had us over a barrel and we were left with no choice but to come up with the extra money. And if that isn't stressful enough we had to chase this company for copies of our inventory paperwork and to schedule our delivery date. I was starting to wonder if our belongings had ever made it to the storage facility in Las Vegas at all. Many frustrated phone calls and different managers later we received our belongings which consisted of crushed boxes and damaged furniture. Even with everything "professionally wrapped" in blankets we submitted 9 claims for damage. With the appalling customer service that we have received throughout this entire process I doubt anything will come of our claims, but the least I can do as a public service is warn others by sharing our experience.

These folks made moving an agreeable ordeal instead of an agonizing background. They didn't begin the clock till they arrived. The completed right on time. They were agreeable and quick. I will utilize them again whenever I move. Much appreciated!!

My wife and I had an awesome experience with Triple 7 Movers. They saved our day when another moving service cancelled on us an hour and thirty minutes before the "confirmed" moving time. Triple 7 Movers appeared same day and kept the moving as planned. The group is responsible, strong and dependable. I would recommend Triple 7 Movers to everybody.

Best move I've ever had. Folks were quick and watchful. I've never had a move go so well.

My mother and I went to the 3 day good countries visit drove by "Gathering Pete" and adored it. I appreciated the agenda and pacing of stops and would not have barred any of them.
