In my opinion this was the worst case of business etiquette someone that a company could do for a client. NL Wilson initially did a very thorough job in estimating the cost and weight to relocate us. The movers were very friendly and took great care of our items. They ensured they were protected and both homes were protected from damage. Now to the truth of the matter. I called two weeks prior confirming the date and pickup as well as the delivery date and time. I felt the truck they might send would be too small based on some of the bulky items we had. They assured us that based on the information from the estimate, the truck would have plenty of space. Concerned, I sold a lot of our larger, bulkier and heavy items to reduce the amount of weight and space. The estimate was for 8000lbs our total was over 10000lbs. Costing us another $800 in moving expenses. The best part of the story is the fact they left a 1/2 room of items. They provided me with no instructions, directions or contact numbers. I tried numerous times to call the office to find a solution. There was no answer and the office close at 5pm. I was forced to rent a Uhaul, load my own items and take them to my new location. One owner called around 10pm stating that they would reimburse me for the hassle, rental etc. When we arrived, they will not unload your items until you are fully paid. I voiced my concerns again and paid the quoted amount, waiting to be reimbursed for the extra hassle which was promised. Three weeks later with numerous email chains and phone calls, they decided they do not want to reimburse me. They look at it as a favor that they hauled more than the estimated amount. Everyone said they would have done the same thing. I felt the manager was disrespectful and showed no apathy. I would advise people to seek other movers and read the fine details they provide. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and would actually suggest avoiding them if at all possible.

We had an extraordinary ordeal. The men really called to check whether they could come before on the grounds that there were potential tempests coming; in spite of the fact that we couldn't begin much prior they arrived rapidly and motivated right to work. Speedy, Friendly, Reliable, Professional people; I would exceedingly recommend them as their organizations are astoundingly awesome. At first, we've booked to move with another moving association, however when they've showed up the expense we've discussed basically duplicated. We ended them on the spot and expected to hunt down the movers quickly. Mr. Li offered us an extraordinary arrangement, some help with preparing our evaluation quickly and the move was on the way. Wilhite Moving made an amazing showing. They were truly neighborly and touched base at 9:15... we were told somewhere around 9 and 10am. They should have 3 folks however the third didn't appear, so they dropped the rate. The main reason I gave them 4 stars is they cleared out the jolts for our bed outline at the past house so still has not been assembled back. In any case, both my spouse's companion and mine would utilize them later on.

NO SHOW - I planned a furniture get and conveyance and was given a three hour conveyance window. After the window time lapsed and nobody appeared or called with an overhaul, I called to mind status. I was told their earlier employment took longer than anticipated however that they were en route. The city lies on the Arkansas River near the western edge of the Flint Hills in the Wellington-McPherson Lowlands region of the Great Plains . Further east lies Chisholm Creek which joins the Arkansas in the far southern part of the city. The Chisholm's own tributaries drain much of the city's eastern half; these include the creek's West, Middle, and East Forks as well as, further south, Gypsum Creek. The Gypsum is fed by its own tributary, Dry Creek. Two more of the Arkansas' tributaries lie west of its course; from east to west, these are Big Slough Creek and Cowskin Creek. Both streams run south through the western part of the city. Fourmile Creek, a tributary of the Walnut River , flows south through the far eastern part of the city.
According to the United States Census Bureau , the city has a total area of 163.59 sq mi (423.70 km 2 ), of which 159.29 sq mi (412.56 km 2 ) is land and 4.30 sq mi (11.14 km 2 ) is water.
As the core of the Wichita metropolitan area , the city is surrounded by suburbs. Bordering Wichita on the north are, from west to east, Valley Center , Park City , Kechi , and Bel Aire .
