This company rocks. Best movers and staff ever....!--

In my opinion this was the worst case of business etiquette someone that a company could do for a client. NL Wilson initially did a very thorough job in estimating the cost and weight to relocate us. The movers were very friendly and took great care of our items. They ensured they were protected and both homes were protected from damage. Now to the truth of the matter. I called two weeks prior confirming the date and pickup as well as the delivery date and time. I felt the truck they might send would be too small based on some of the bulky items we had. They assured us that based on the information from the estimate, the truck would have plenty of space. Concerned, I sold a lot of our larger, bulkier and heavy items to reduce the amount of weight and space. The estimate was for 8000lbs our total was over 10000lbs. Costing us another $800 in moving expenses. The best part of the story is the fact they left a 1/2 room of items. They provided me with no instructions, directions or contact numbers. I tried numerous times to call the office to find a solution. There was no answer and the office close at 5pm. I was forced to rent a Uhaul, load my own items and take them to my new location. One owner called around 10pm stating that they would reimburse me for the hassle, rental etc. When we arrived, they will not unload your items until you are fully paid. I voiced my concerns again and paid the quoted amount, waiting to be reimbursed for the extra hassle which was promised. Three weeks later with numerous email chains and phone calls, they decided they do not want to reimburse me. They look at it as a favor that they hauled more than the estimated amount. Everyone said they would have done the same thing. I felt the manager was disrespectful and showed no apathy. I would advise people to seek other movers and read the fine details they provide. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and would actually suggest avoiding them if at all possible.

I called Moving Proz with a pretty complex move. My boyfriend and I were moving in together and my mother who is elderly was as well so it was a logistical challenge. They could have not been more easy to work with. I like working with small business and try to keep my money local, but sometimes that can be a let down. Not with Moving Proz! They went above and beyond to say the least. Every one was very easy to work with and seemed to actually enjoy their jobs which in the moving business is probably pretty rare. Thank you guys for help I will be referring you to everyone I know!

The move itself went fine. They showed up on time, were polite, and were professional movers with the exception of messing up paint on my stairway while three guys literally shoved my king size mattress through an opening that was too small. The main problem is that they took a furniture blanket I own and won't respond as I try to get it back. One of my pieces of furniture was wrapped in a blanket I own (and furniture blankets aren't cheap). After they unwrapped the furniture they took the blanket to the truck thinking it was theirs which is an honest mistake that is understandable. However, I told them that it was my blanket and they said they would get it for me. The move then got busy again and I forgot about it and then I went to get lunch for the crew. When I returned the first truck was gone and replaced by the second truck, and, my blanket had not been returned. At the end of the move I told the supervisor that they hadn't returned my blanket and he said he would get back to me. Over a week later he hasn't gotten back to me. Phone message left with GM and nobody has contacted me. Sent email via their website and nobody has contacted me. So, I guess I will have to file a claim, wait months to get reimbursed, and encourage the military transportation office to not give Studdard future business.

This reviewed it for the office move on Main Street. Your corporate relocation team really hit the ball out of the park. Your professionalism and on time scheduling is why we hired you. Our corporate offices are ready for business Monday morning. We appreciate your hard work and good communication all weekend. You have made our office move convenient and on the whole stress-free. We would have liked your team to have taken wing three's boxes but had maintenance take them to the trash instead. in 10 years when I least and we will hopefully be able to hire you again if you are still in business. All the best and prosperity for this year's business and thank you again from upper management.

I held up a week to get an estimator to come investigate my turn. I revised my whole timetable for the estimator to come. When he at last showed up, he never specified that my date wasn't accessible yet instructed me to call the workplace the following morning. I did as such and they didn't have my printed material from the estimator. When I did interface with him and get my assessment in hands the date I expected to move was totally reserved. What an exercise in futility. I additionally burned through 30 minutes on the telephone with their client administration attempting to whine yet it was futile. Certainly hard to manage.

I've worked with Coleman American for more than 10 years now on different undertakings. The sales people Travis and Bob are so proficient and obliging. I feel they are a portion of the best in the business. Moving is an intense employment and things can get harmed now and then however the teams I've managed put all the insurance down that was required and were exceptionally cautious moving the furniture while as yet going at a decent pace. From what I've seen throughout the years this organization has just shown signs of improvement!

I utilized these folks again to move from the valley to downtown. The two folks were magnificent. Better believe it they had a few tattoos however who cares (in reference to another audit). They were neighborly, expert and they made an amazing showing. The one gentleman is an amazing driver. Some how he figured out how to move their enormous truck down a restricted street in favor of a mountain. They were speedy and they were watchful with my stuff. Nothing got broken. I exceptionally suggest and I would utilize them once more. Be that as it may, I beyond any doubt trust I don't move again in quite a while. The main negative thing is they're not shabby but rather I can't generally ding them for that on the grounds that everything in Juneau is costly. Additionally you get what you pay for. They're justified regardless of the cost. ;). Much appreciated again folks!

Came in on time and on spending plan. Nothing of our own was broken - with the exception of anything we had officially broke. That never happens. I will utilize them once more, however ideally I won't be moving too early!

Johnson Logistics on time and well equipped. They had all the tools to disassemble my bed and tables. We had 2 movers move everything back and forth and the 3rd guy was packing everything very neatly and efficiently. Thank you very much!

These folks were awesome. On time, productive, open, affable, proficient, and watchful with my stuff. Moved my one room on a base time at a totally sensible cost.
