I recently had to pack up and move from San Francisco to Denver for a new job opportunity. I looked for a moving company on Yelp and found Air1moving. From the first call I had a great experience with these guys. They were fair in their pricing, respectful, and punctual. They made the experience pleasant and easy. I recommend hiring them.

In my opinion this was the worst case of business etiquette someone that a company could do for a client. NL Wilson initially did a very thorough job in estimating the cost and weight to relocate us. The movers were very friendly and took great care of our items. They ensured they were protected and both homes were protected from damage. Now to the truth of the matter. I called two weeks prior confirming the date and pickup as well as the delivery date and time. I felt the truck they might send would be too small based on some of the bulky items we had. They assured us that based on the information from the estimate, the truck would have plenty of space. Concerned, I sold a lot of our larger, bulkier and heavy items to reduce the amount of weight and space. The estimate was for 8000lbs our total was over 10000lbs. Costing us another $800 in moving expenses. The best part of the story is the fact they left a 1/2 room of items. They provided me with no instructions, directions or contact numbers. I tried numerous times to call the office to find a solution. There was no answer and the office close at 5pm. I was forced to rent a Uhaul, load my own items and take them to my new location. One owner called around 10pm stating that they would reimburse me for the hassle, rental etc. When we arrived, they will not unload your items until you are fully paid. I voiced my concerns again and paid the quoted amount, waiting to be reimbursed for the extra hassle which was promised. Three weeks later with numerous email chains and phone calls, they decided they do not want to reimburse me. They look at it as a favor that they hauled more than the estimated amount. Everyone said they would have done the same thing. I felt the manager was disrespectful and showed no apathy. I would advise people to seek other movers and read the fine details they provide. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and would actually suggest avoiding them if at all possible.

Astro movers is amazing!!! Punctual and hard working!!! They helped move me up 3 flights of stairs with no complaints. :)

Had 3 people to assist with recent move and 1 seriously couldn't keep up. I'm double their age and had to assist with move to complete in a timely matter given 2 were not in shape to be doing this job. Itemed were dropped during move, which luckily were not breakable. Boxes marked as fragile had heavy boxes stacked on them. Didn't follow Covid-19 guidelines during move as website stated would be followed with none of the movers wearing masks. Had used previously in 2020 without complaints, but have told multiple people to steer clear when they have inquired about movers to use. To top it off, they damaged all my furniture that I paid to put in their storage when paying top dollar to have it protected with reimbursement that won't even buy me a new chair for the table and chairs they damaged. They deny that the items were damaged in their care when this was the first time they were moved since purchased. Horrible customer service, horrible business that will not stand by their services or agreements.

I am so awed by WCS Trucking! From my first telephone call, through the genuine move, and afterward the subsequent telephone call, the entire experience was the most wonderful it could have been. I expected to move with 3 days notice. They put me on the calendar and sent me two magnificent men (Desmond and Revere) to make my turn as easy as could be expected under the circumstances. These two mean were proficient, kind and a portion of the most diligent folks I've ever seen. Much thanks to you!

Most exceedingly awful. Organization. EVER. Keep away from THIS COMPANY At all costs. My experience was so awful I will be reaching the Better Business Bureau. They charged me 4 times my evaluation and that was the minimum of my issues. They lied about the conveyance date TWICE, which made me miss two days of work, and afterward got frightful with me when I requested a rebate taking into account their deception that made me miss two entire days of pay. In the long run they just essentially overlooked my telephone calls and various messages. Such a great amount for client administration I presume. At the point when my stuff was at long last conveyed, I needed to tip $300 all together for the movers to put the furniture where I needed. The movers were additionally discourteous and contemptuous on top of everything, and one of them possessed an aroma similar to death and left a stink that was mind-boggling in my new home.

Initial communications with Morrison prior to military PCS were wonderful. The company seemed very detailed oriented and thoughtful. The pack-out process went (relatively) smoothly. Unfortunately we had several issues on the receiving end that were a direct result of the packing end (Morrison also shuttled our goods to the driver so they did the initial load-out). No parts box was provided and the parts of pieces of furniture and storage were not attached to their item, leaving us 2 weeks post delivery with no way to assemble our sons' bed or storage shelving. 4 voicemails left for Amelia (move manager) and one email requesting someone above Amelia call me have gone unanswered. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Thankfully we have the option to make a claim but I'd warn against using them if at all possible as you will have zero support after the packing portion is complete.

Be careful!!! I masterminded a little move with Maverick. Not every one of my things arrived. I recorded a police report in the wake of endeavoring - unsuccessfully, quietly, and pleasantly - to motivate Maverick to handle this issue by means of email or mail, with their protection. The proprietor wouldn't do anything aside from trade instant messages, attempting to keep it 'informal'. What sort of authentic business does that? They won't answer my messages or my telephone calls. Extremely amateurish. You will attempt another organization in case you're keen. Spare yourself the anguish. What's more, coincidentally, on the off chance that you see positive audits, screen out the ones with the last names "Phillips" and 'Marciano', they're identified with the proprietors (and they've presumably had others submit 'false surveys' also, in the event that they've done that). Be careful!!!

I moved from California to Utah. I just had a two bed room house to move so it was really basic. I got several quotes to lease a truck myself however that was about $800 more so I ran with a moving service. I pick West Coast Movers since they were the most affordable alternative. Everything came out awesome. I would use them once more.

These folks are magnificent! They (2 folks) bailed me move out of my condo in under 3 hours, something that took my companions and I (8 folks) 6 hours!
