We shipped an antique--old ship's wheel table--just wrapped in blankets. The item arrived without damage and Rick communicated with us the whole time regarding the status of the shipment. Move4Less is the opposite of the company name. They charged me $2820 for 12 hours but their team only worked for 8 hours plus travel time so I am generous to give them 1 hour even if my house is 15 mins away from their office. I called 6 times and each time I call, Jane and Irish have attitude and would only refund me for 2 hours. Also there was a 1 hour downtime bec one of the workers hurt his toe so the 3 workers rested and watched him. They would not even give me a prorated rate.The 2nd job they took same thing. Oh, have I mentioned the damaged furnitures? I do NOT recommend this company. Please don't be a victim like me.
