Tops the list of bad encounters in moving I've ever had. The Allied movers unpacked our boxes, stuck them into the truck wherever they fit, broke them, then denied it. They came on the wrong date, were unwilling to listen to our needs, were in a rush to dump our stuff and leave. The local movers contracted help said the Allied moving team was a standout among the most unprofessional groups they had ever met. Yet, amazingly, some way or another all complaints are denied. Keep away at any cause.

This company is filled with crooks at the highest levels. Their movers broke several expensive furniture items of ours, and the local managers were very apologetic and offered to help. But as it got passed up the line to higher management they called us and were extremely rude and condescending and denied the claim based on a technicality in our paperwork. The supervisor "J.R." in particular said that the movers and local management are "so far down the totem pole that what they say is pretty much meaningless." This is after then rescheduled the move on us multiple times on their end. Having them move your stuff will be a nightmare, don't deal with this company.

We made an International move earlier this year. As stressful as moving can be, add to that moving Internationally to a Middle Eastern Country and you have a majorly stressful event. We chose to use Cartwright International based on a friends recommendation of his most recent relocation and positive dealings with this company. I personally dealt with Forrest Schaefer (fcschaefer@cartwrighttra…) for the duration of the process. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very accessible throughout the long process of packing, loading, shipping and then processing things as they arrived in the Middle East. Their choice in sub-contractors was also very top notch. Mr. Schaefer maintained his position as liaison long after his company had been paid, which is much more than I can say with other dealings we have had with other shipment Companies. We shipped our entire household and one vehicle with Cartwright. Their fees were quoted accurately and their were no additional hidden fees. Everything was quoted professionally and fully disclosed. We were given a better price with another vehicle shipping company, Schumacher Cargo Logistics, Inc. and used them. This turned out be a huge mistake. Upon arrival through an outsourced company, we were charged excessive fees and then held our vehicle until we paid their excessive fees in full. The original shipping company refused to respond. (See other review for Schumacher Cargo Logistics, Inc) This made for Cartwright's original price to be far better and honest from the beginning. Our mistake and lesson learned.

Took the transport from Vegas to Beverly Hills interestingly a week ago. Had a few issues with the transport trip itself (so 4 stars) however their client administration was so awesome no matter how you look at it that I would give them a second attempt!! From what I got notification from different travelers was that the issues we had were a unique case.

We needed to move in January amid the center of a snow storms, and our movers were great - moving rapidly, precisely, and tenaciously. When we got to Atlanta the folks moved everything into spot. What's more, to improve matters even we had a rebel auto park before our home and the movers still strolled and moved the additional separation without over charging us. Will absolutely utilize them once more!

I'd been absolutely bird-brained and confused myself, yet fortunately THEY had done a move in my new building, so could set everything up. Truly knew their stuff. I moved from a little 2 room house to a somewhat bigger home on a Saturday evening. I have an expansive kind room set and curiously large sofa and affection situate that are constantly difficult to move, particularly with tight turns in the house we moved out of. A three man group arrived and speedily got the opportunity to work. They were the most cautious and defensive moving group I've used to date. Each pleasant bit of furniture was wrapped for greatest security. Lounge chairs and ruler bed were disassembled and reassembled so no harm was finished. Not a solitary scratch on furniture or the houses.

They came arranged with the best possible instruments and assistants to secure our work of art, mirrors, decorations, and so forth. We will surely utilize and allude Air Van later on.
