I called to schedule a move and after giving Anne my credit card information, Anne told me that she would call me the day before to inform me about the time the movers will be coming. I wanted an early morning appointment and Anne argued with me that she wasn't sure of the time the movers would arrive, so I told her to cancel the appointment and she confirmed to me the appointment was canceled before I ended the call with her. I checked my bank account about an hour later and Anne had taken the $50.00 deposit out of my bank account, although I never scheduled the move.

Working for/with Guardian Relocation in Indianapolis, IN was the WORST moving experience I've ever had. They also treat their Drivers like they own them & does not care how it affects their Families! I'd rather hire men off of the street before I EVER do "business" with Guardian again!!!

The Movers made an extraordinary showing. Moved my 1 room flat in 3 hours, including dismantling quaint little inn/reflect and assembling it back. They arrived 15 minutes early, wrapped up furniture in covers and plastic wrap, and were agreeable.

This was by a long shot the quickest, most reasonable and anxiety free move I have ever had. The team as on time, benevolent, delicate with my assets and all around conscious. These folks are proficient, quick, and lovely to be around. I had an incredible involvement with Planes Moving and Storage. They were on time, proficient, well disposed. I was going to discard a dresser that was broken however one of the movers settled it for me so I wound up keeping it and it accompanied me to my new residence. The best part was the point at which it was not searching so useful for my lounge chair. It is extensive and my new residence had a tight stairway. Horrible service, had been using the company for the better part of two decades. This last move proved to be horrific in nature, customer service was abysmal, follow up has been atrocious. I will NEVER use nor refer. Anyone that values reviews, please take heed. The employees are a direct reflection on the owner, who does NOT value customer loyalty. The BBB and consumer protection definitely needs to but this business on their negative radar.
