I have been scheduled 3 times to get my furniture delivered. First 2 times they were a no call and no show. The third time they only delivered 2 pieces of my furniture. The loveseat was missing. I did not get loaded on the truck. Very unprofessional company. I ordered from Sam's Club and they can't even help. DO NOT use this company.

As promoted! On a short 3 day notification ahead of time the proprietor Cliff gave me 2 of the best packers/loaders I have ever worked with and I am ex-military and moved 11 times! Tony and Junior arrived a couple of minutes early and studied the home with me to recognize what stayed and what was to stacked into the 8X8X16 POD. They ensured my floors and railing/handrail to the second floor and treated my furniture and individual things as they were theirs. These folks rock and got everything on my "Must Go" list into the POD and extremely very much secured. There is most likely my stuff will touch base on the east drift in the condition they were stacked. I plan to utilize them in April when I pack up the rest in a 24 foot truck to take whatever is left of my furniture east.

This is the best movers I have ever had and I have moved a great deal. They called right on time to say they were done and would they be able to come somewhat before. I was so glad and said certainly. Anthony was the gentleman I first talked with and when he landed with another fellow, don't have the foggiest idea about his name, they instantly began working no breaks. Horrible service, had been using the company for the better part of two decades. This last move proved to be horrific in nature, customer service was abysmal, follow up has been atrocious. I will NEVER use nor refer. Anyone that values reviews, please take heed. The employees are a direct reflection on the owner, who does NOT value customer loyalty. The BBB and consumer protection definitely needs to but this business on their negative radar.

I have utilized RMR four times now throughout the most recent 6 years (not that I needed to move that much). I have backpedaled each time on the grounds that the workplace and moving staff are caring, well disposed, and effective. I have never had anything lost or gotten through my moves.
