Working for/with Guardian Relocation in Indianapolis, IN was the WORST moving experience I've ever had. They also treat their Drivers like they own them & does not care how it affects their Families! I'd rather hire men off of the street before I EVER do "business" with Guardian again!!!

I called to schedule a move and after giving Anne my credit card information, Anne told me that she would call me the day before to inform me about the time the movers will be coming. I wanted an early morning appointment and Anne argued with me that she wasn't sure of the time the movers would arrive, so I told her to cancel the appointment and she confirmed to me the appointment was canceled before I ended the call with her. I checked my bank account about an hour later and Anne had taken the $50.00 deposit out of my bank account, although I never scheduled the move.

I have utilized Sherman twice to move and one an opportunity to store a lot of furniture after a move. They are responsive, expert and deal with the things to move. The last move went easily and I had Sherman Moving pack and move my things. They gave 6 ment to take care of business in one day as I asked for not to have the move range over one day. Sustenance is good, sit tight is over the top for a couple plates of pasta. It isn't so much that hard folks, either increase staff for the bustling times or don't situate individuals and make them hold up over 90 minutes for pasta.

As promoted! On a short 3 day notification ahead of time the proprietor Cliff gave me 2 of the best packers/loaders I have ever worked with and I am ex-military and moved 11 times! Tony and Junior arrived a couple of minutes early and studied the home with me to recognize what stayed and what was to stacked into the 8X8X16 POD. They ensured my floors and railing/handrail to the second floor and treated my furniture and individual things as they were theirs. These folks rock and got everything on my "Must Go" list into the POD and extremely very much secured. There is most likely my stuff will touch base on the east drift in the condition they were stacked. I plan to utilize them in April when I pack up the rest in a 24 foot truck to take whatever is left of my furniture east.

Horrible service, had been using the company for the better part of two decades. This last move proved to be horrific in nature, customer service was abysmal, follow up has been atrocious. I will NEVER use nor refer. Anyone that values reviews, please take heed. The employees are a direct reflection on the owner, who does NOT value customer loyalty. The BBB and consumer protection definitely needs to but this business on their negative radar.
