Working for/with Guardian Relocation in Indianapolis, IN was the WORST moving experience I've ever had. They also treat their Drivers like they own them & does not care how it affects their Families! I'd rather hire men off of the street before I EVER do "business" with Guardian again!!!

As promoted! On a short 3 day notification ahead of time the proprietor Cliff gave me 2 of the best packers/loaders I have ever worked with and I am ex-military and moved 11 times! Tony and Junior arrived a couple of minutes early and studied the home with me to recognize what stayed and what was to stacked into the 8X8X16 POD. They ensured my floors and railing/handrail to the second floor and treated my furniture and individual things as they were theirs. These folks rock and got everything on my "Must Go" list into the POD and extremely very much secured. I really had an incredible experience with Soft Touch. They were friendly and when they understood that they didn't have enough labor to take care of business in a faster way, another fellow showed up and volunteered to help, they didn't charge us for the additional help.

Horrible service, had been using the company for the better part of two decades. This last move proved to be horrific in nature, customer service was abysmal, follow up has been atrocious. I will NEVER use nor refer. Anyone that values reviews, please take heed. The employees are a direct reflection on the owner, who does NOT value customer loyalty. The BBB and consumer protection definitely needs to but this business on their negative radar.

I have utilized RMR four times now throughout the most recent 6 years (not that I needed to move that much).
