I called to schedule a move and after giving Anne my credit card information, Anne told me that she would call me the day before to inform me about the time the movers will be coming. I wanted an early morning appointment and Anne argued with me that she wasn't sure of the time the movers would arrive, so I told her to cancel the appointment and she confirmed to me the appointment was canceled before I ended the call with her. I checked my bank account about an hour later and Anne had taken the $50.00 deposit out of my bank account, although I never scheduled the move.

Working for/with Guardian Relocation in Indianapolis, IN was the WORST moving experience I've ever had. They also treat their Drivers like they own them & does not care how it affects their Families! I'd rather hire men off of the street before I EVER do "business" with Guardian again!!!

This was by a long shot the quickest, most reasonable and anxiety free move I have ever had. The team as on time, benevolent, delicate with my assets and all around conscious. The move was over before I knew it and I didn't have one grumbling. I've as of now prescribed these folks to a couple of companions and associates and I will keep on doing as such. Work well done!!!

Horrible service, had been using the company for the better part of two decades. This last move proved to be horrific in nature, customer service was abysmal, follow up has been atrocious. I will NEVER use nor refer. Anyone that values reviews, please take heed. The employees are a direct reflection on the owner, who does NOT value customer loyalty. The BBB and consumer protection definitely needs to but this business on their negative radar.

I have utilized RMR four times now throughout the most recent 6 years (not that I needed to move that much). I have backpedaled each time on the grounds that the workplace and moving staff are caring, well disposed, and effective. I have never had anything lost or gotten through my moves.
