I was quoted one rate by Nate, and sadly I could not supervise the move due to a medical emergency. So my family did and the movers doubled the rate. On top of that the move was right across the street, so why would It double so quickly. I had 25 boxes in the initial quote to be moved, half of them were moved. So now I'm looking at to asking family to help me move the rest. Also they go by family movers too. So beware, I really wish I could've booked the moving company I wanted the only reason I didn't is they were totally booked.

Had 3 people to assist with recent move and 1 seriously couldn't keep up. I'm double their age and had to assist with move to complete in a timely matter given 2 were not in shape to be doing this job. Itemed were dropped during move, which luckily were not breakable. Boxes marked as fragile had heavy boxes stacked on them. Didn't follow Covid-19 guidelines during move as website stated would be followed with none of the movers wearing masks. Had used previously in 2020 without complaints, but have told multiple people to steer clear when they have inquired about movers to use. To top it off, they damaged all my furniture that I paid to put in their storage when paying top dollar to have it protected with reimbursement that won't even buy me a new chair for the table and chairs they damaged. They deny that the items were damaged in their care when this was the first time they were moved since purchased. Horrible customer service, horrible business that will not stand by their services or agreements.

The worst. The charge for the move itself was reasonable, but when the time came to unload the truck the final bill was double, almost 900. Instead 435. The reason was that they charge for wrapping materials which is in the contract but not how much it is. It was over 400. To wrap and they wrapped things not necessary since I was putting it in a climate controlled indoor unit. Nick said they were supposed to tell me about the wrapping but no one did, he said he was sorry. Manager was a jerk and didn't care that I was supposed to use them again in two weeks. The Booker Nick just said he was really sorry but did nothing 2 take money off my bill. I told him he lost 3 jobs, my 2nd move, my neighbors and sons move and they still didn't care. Don't use them it's a bait and switch.
