A few weeks ago I was very fortunate to have three packers from your company take great pains in packing my possession in York,Maine for storage in your storage facility until I am able to move into my permanent residence in South Carolina. Their names are Hunter, Andrew, and Jordan.They were very courteous,and extremely dedicated in packing my possessions for safe keeping.And although I was not there all of the time they were packing I think they only took time out to grab a few bites of lunch eating standing up! Had 3 people to assist with recent move and 1 seriously couldn't keep up. I'm double their age and had to assist with move to complete in a timely matter given 2 were not in shape to be doing this job. Itemed were dropped during move, which luckily were not breakable. Boxes marked as fragile had heavy boxes stacked on them. Didn't follow Covid-19 guidelines during move as website stated would be followed with none of the movers wearing masks. Had used previously in 2020 without complaints, but have told multiple people to steer clear when they have inquired about movers to use. To top it off, they damaged all my furniture that I paid to put in their storage when paying top dollar to have it protected with reimbursement that won't even buy me a new chair for the table and chairs they damaged. They deny that the items were damaged in their care when this was the first time they were moved since purchased. Horrible customer service, horrible business that will not stand by their services or agreements.

So much damage it's unbelievable. The movers were exhausted and said it was their 3rd move. My leather couch is shredded on both ends. My dining table and Ashley bedroom set has dents, paint from for jams, and scrapes all over it. My bed is badly torn. The movers said they didn't have the proper equipment to move it. Calling the store they just said to email the pics which I did and to contact a hotline to fix my things. The movers said my things were already damaged like that. Never use this company! I'm going to put reviews everywhere and contact BBB. I've used movers several times and NEVER have I had my things destroyed like this!

Additional consideration was tackled our part to safeguard nothing got damaged...something these folks do too. They added to our very own exertion and were exceptionally aware of being cautious yet proficient. Need to say...they were brief and avid to make the move go well. Hard working-family company. Came out and gave me estimate, then 5 days later moved my belongings from townhouse to a house 30 min away. Quote was exactly right on time needed, and rate was very reasonable. Very happy with the move and would use them again.

I am so awed by WCS Trucking! From my first telephone call, through the genuine move, and afterward the subsequent telephone call, the entire experience was the most wonderful it could have been. I expected to move with 3 days notice. They put me on the calendar and sent me two magnificent men (Desmond and Revere) to make my turn as easy as could be expected under the circumstances. These two mean were proficient, kind and a portion of the most diligent folks I've ever seen. Much thanks to you!

This individual is a trick craftsman and all around frightful person. Lamentably the mover I utilized beforehand was not able the day I expected to move my things out of capacity. He utilized an additional individual and took 2 hours longer and afterward charged me an additional 2 hours and over $1,100 to go from White Plains to Scarsdale. He charged me for the time he strolled to take a gander at the capacity and for his folks to overlap covers. At that point he sent me a content to bother me that I didn't sustain his kin or tip them $100. The entire time he was being fishy more than once saying not to converse with his specialists. I have never known about somebody sufficiently crazy to anticipate that his clients will give his specialists lunch and bolster them. Extraordinary moving company. The moving folks were extremely cautious with our furniture and TV and wrapped everything in uncommon furniture covers, saran wrap, and tape. They were always progressing forward and backward to the truck and to our home without rest. They had a colossal truck, much greater than the ones from U-Haul, which made stacking and emptying more proficient, and spared us the bother of renting one, buy protection, top off with gas, and so forth. What's more, to finish it off, the staff themselves had extraordinary client administration. They are practical kind of folks and take pride in taking care of business.
