The Worst, didn't show and then I believe it was Jake told us they screwed up and had us for the wrong day. They made an accomodation so we said o.k., however, the crew that showed looked like they were just released from somewhere...holy jeans, nothing showing they were with the company including the fact they only had a Penske truck...I think they just picked them up off the street, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!! Damages beyond belief and their claims process is a complete joke!!! STAY AWAY

Went into Peninsula Guns today and was fulfilled by my visit. A men of their word named Paul helped us and never left us unattended, extraordinary information of their item and awesome service...also had an incredible comical inclination. BEWARE!!!!!! American Moving and Storage Savannah GA has someone working for them by the name of Adrian (according to him his last name is Jones). He called me today and when I answered, he started by saying he tried to call me on Oct 26th in a unprofessional tone and in a slightly scolding tone. I told him I did not recall seeing a call from him, but that we no longer needed his services. He raised his voice and said "Wow, well thank you for wasting my time" and then he hung up on me. I immediately called him back. When he answered I started to tell him how rude and unprofessional he was and he told me I was rude for not answering his call on Oct. 26th and how I he is human and I wasted his time for 2 weeks (I may have missed one call from him) and he hung up again. I again called right back (was hoping to get a different person) he answered and started yelling at me. He said "look lady stop calling me" and I told him I was going to report his extremely poor customer service and he said "Go ahead report me, my name is Adrian Jones...while you are at it, tell them I called you a BITCH because I am now. Bye BITCH and stop calling me." and then he hung up again. I immediately told my husband and he called him back. When Adrian answered my husband said who he was and Adrian said "what can I do for you" with an attitude. My husband said "you can help me by not calling my wife a bitch". Adrian went off yelling and screaming at my husband. He said I was a bitch for wasting his time and called my husband "M FU#%ER" and other choice words and then hung up. I called back one more time and told him I wanted an apology and he again cursed me out and hung up. The fact that he did not have a problem telling me his full name leads me to believe the entire company is horrible because he does not fear any repercussion for his rude and unprofessional behavior.

We used Bridges Bros to move from Portsmouth to Biddeford, Maine. They were on time, everyone knew what to do, and they didn't break or lose anything. The main thing that turned out badly was they appeared without closet boxes so they hung everything inside the truck, moved it into boxes later, and it took us a short time to get the storage rooms sorted out when we moved in. I've been through enough moves to know this is really great. We got offers from a few movers and theirs was competetive with the others.
