These guys were awesome. I would definitely recommend them to others. They were on-time. There were 3 guys instead of 2 and they made sure that all the stuff was well loaded and unloaded on truck. Even the overall price was perfect. They covered all the glass items pretty well and ensured that nothing broke. I had read the recent reviews and decided to use their services. I surely recommend them. The main person who was doing all the paperwork was very professional and provided information at all times. Overall, a nice experience.

Since the very beginning the guys pack everything as expected, they were professionals and care about our belongings , I am very happy with Southstar relocation , the price was much less than other companies, and the service was beyond excellent , one of the most important thing for me was the insurance , they provide me with that for free, and that was something makes me feel way more comfortable with them . Call them they will take care of you .

Don't trust this company. They came to my home in November of last year quoting a price of $2800 to move our things from Montana to Missouri. We don't have much so we thought that was fair. But after they loaded their truck after showing up late into the evening they added 2 grand to the price. They have as of today not delivered our things. They will randomly respond to a text but that's it. We have paid the majority of their over inflated price and we still have yet to see our things.

This moving company has terrible customer service. They will not keep you informed on the status of your delivery. They have no problem holding onto your shipment for almost 3 weeks. I would not recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately the army choose them and we are stuck with them. The only plus side was the person who delivered my goods. He and his crew were very nice and did a good job.
