They offered $500 inconvenience fee. I asked when can they deliver. The did not know. I told them that I could not accept an amount without knowing how much it would inconvenience me. They were over a month late. A great deal of my furniture was missing. Could not get a straight answer from them other than some finger pointing. I asked for guidance on the reimbursable expenses. Got no help there. I sent them my recipes, and they claim that they are not itemized. As if i can control the merchant and their receipt process. They do not care about you or taking responsibility for any loss or inconvenience.
